If Bold Street Coffee were an orchestra, Shaun, the Irish barista, would be the lead conductor. His coffee making skills are next level, like he's channeling some sort of caffeine magic. My latte was so perfectly smooth, I considered writing a thank you note to my taste buds. Shaun’s got that easy charm too, he’s always up for a laugh and a story, making you feel like you’ve just walked into your favourite local pub, but with better coffee.

The rest of the team? Absolute stars. Eve, Alex, and Holly bring the same energy - friendly, quick on their feet, and somehow always know your order before you say it. Whether it’s pulling espresso shots or chatting with customers, they keep the place running like clockwork, and their positivity is infectious.

And let’s not forget Terence - he swoops in every now and then like the wise coffee overseer. A lovely man with a calm presence, you can tell he’s respected by all. With Terence around, it feels like the coffee shop’s got this invisible seal of quality.

In short: Bold Street Coffee isn't just about the drinks… it’s the people that make it a 5 star experience. If you're not getting your coffee here, especially from Shaun or one of the guys, you're seriously...

Mere words cannot convey how good this place is. The coffee - like melted gold. The food - out-of-this-world!

But, as with any hospitality experience, it’s really the team that make my daily pilgrimages to BSC Plaza so remarkable.

Alex, Eve, Holly and Shaun are the best baristas and first-rate human beings. Highly personable, good fun but also efficient and they all - somehow - have the poise and balance of Philippe Petit - no spillages here, folks! (Must be a remarkable training programme they go on.)

One of my favourite cafe so far in Liverpool. If you are looking for a place to work with good wifi or chat with friends, I highly recommend. My all-time favourite menu is Sausage (patty) Buoy or Bacon Buoy, with hash brown inside. It’s amazing; the bread is soft and pan-fried with butter, topped with the good quality sausage patty and bacon, with hash brown, cheese and scrambled egg. What can be better than this?
