A friend said they had good pistachio latte so we came here for lunch. It's a nice restaurant with traditional design and background music, offers lots of comfy seats. Warm atmosphere along friendly staffs. Tried manouche and saudi foul which we never ate before. Pistachio latte was amazing. Ordered matcha latte but when the staff made it she said it didn't taste good, so she offered me to switch another drink. I chose karak tea and she gave me it with a biscuit to cover the different price and they were very good. The portion and taste were nice, balancing the price. We couldn't eat it all so asked box to take the food home, but they only had big pizza box for it that made a difficult for us to bring it. Overall, a lovely time...

The second time, the staff member argued with me for several minutes, blamed me for their mistake, and even tried to force me to accept the wrong order. Very rude and unprofessional behaviour. Extremely disappointing experience — not recommended. I’m not going to visit this place anymore.

I have one criticism in terms of they did not have allergens signposted. However, it was possible to have a conversation to find a suitable choice with the chef able to adapt. Having allergens stated is more helpful in terms of determining if somewhere is suitable to eat to start with, and it instills some confidence when you do come to order with adjustments if possible.
