Gelato UK — Restaurant in Liverpool

I live nearby and have been in quite a few times but I’m not going to bother anymore as the ice cream is nothing special and often not really frozen and the scoops are not huge. When I went in the other day I bought 2 scoops and expected it to be £4 but it came out as £4.50. I questioned it and was told it is because I ordered one ‘premium’ flavour. I was surprised as I had not seen any notification of some ice creams being premium. The big board says 2 scoops £4. But the person behind the counter seemed to take great pleasure telling me I was wrong it is written on each label with the ice cream (in pretty small writing IMO). I just went away feeling cheated because it wasn’t explicit at all and I would never have ordered 2 small melting scoops for £4.50 if I had known, I was feeling bad enough about...

Asked for 3 ice cream flavours which were all out of stock but advertised, the lady behind the counter was being really rude to the person who was just tryna get me what I wanted, which made me too anxious to ask for anything else. Then a new starter came in and she very very rudely went to him “why are you dressed like that” (you were dressed really professional, go you) “you’re also VERY early” (better early than late) in front of a big queue of customers and then was rude to him when she was teaching him the till - I just want the person who made my order and the new starter to know that they can do better than be treated like that. Googled best gelato in Liverpool this came up. In the display cabinet they didn’t have banana so I asked do they have any? They got it out of a separate freezer and it seemed to be very runny. I got banana and pistachio. The pistachio had big chunks in it too big, and the flavour was just not there. The banana I have to say tasted off sour almost, so I think it may have actually been out of date and that’s why was runny and in separate freezer. I would not come here again. Also the actual ice cream parlour didn’t look the cleanest and smelt of wet dog. I know they allow animals in there but the whole small room...
