Poundcafe — Restaurant in Liverpool

Wow what a disgrace!! Went in due to the amazing values advertised on the cafe window. Went In yesterday at 2.30pm and said they're only doing cheese on toast (along with a bad attitude). Went back the next day and again, very bad attitude! Told us not to sit at one particular booth. Then asked what we want. Then when delivering food to our table, she slides the dinner off the tray and walked off! Comes back with 2 bowls of chips and just slides it across the table (not to the person who ordered the chips). She didn't apologise about the sliding of food off tray and on table. The sausages are horrible and so was the egg! They can't cook bacon at all neither. It was also cold in the dining area, (inside), in fact it was that cold, u could see ur breath!! Seats were ripped. What a disgusting attitude from the girl on counter taking orders simple request for two 7 item breakfast was met with contempt what 7 items do you want? on our visit 30/12/19. We were quite confused about the queing system for the cafè as it seemed mixed up with the take away section. A female member of staff (cleaning) barged through us with a broom after glaring at us horridly despite myself looking confused. She continued to act in such a unwelcoming way we walked straight out and didn't bother here. Cheep food or not I expect better standards of customer treatment a nice hello or can I help would have been nice. Really...
