Stoke Brasserie + Grill — Restaurant in Liverpool

A beautiful stunning restaurant located in the Radisson Red hotel right in the heart of town. Thought it was an incredible idea to arranged a pre-theatre meal there as we were going to catch a musical at the Empire Theatre right next to it. Didn’t think so after the food. Everything seemed great right up till the moment we started ordering and were informed certain dishes were out because ingredients didn’t arrive - which limited our choices. There were no lamp chops, gnocchi and goats cheese for the (beetroot & goat cheese salad lol). Food was served cold and wasn’t really tasty. We did feedback that the steak was cold and they said they’ll serve another one but it still came back cold (I believe it’s the same one that was reheated but didn’t make much of a difference, it was supposed to be rare by then it wasn’t). Hummus was a little spicy with the seasoning. Chicken gyros was dry and cold eventhough it was served on a hot plate? Saving grace were the bottle of red wine we had, tomato soup and duck gyozas were alright. It was such a pity that the experience turned out to be disappointing because the restaurant looked so promising. One staff Lois (not sure if she was the manager of the day) stood out and was the champion of the day because she was so kind and patient with us, she was extremely attentive, listened to us and was so apologetic when we gave her the feedback and offered a lot of help to make...

If you want to experience a dinning extravaganza on a Top Koch level this is the place. The quality of food and drink is exceptional. Glass of Champers to start, a wonderful Prawn starter, red wine to accompany our steaks was so well recommended and appreciated and their sirloin steaks and everything that accompanied them was simply sublime. Honours go out to Jake our waiter and the chefs who proved their excellence should be given Rosettes if not more. So phenomenally well done, our experience was glorious. Defo would not give it 10 out of 10 it has to be an 11. Please keep doing what you have achieved so well. Coming back in a few weeks to experience it all over again,...

I made a long awaited visit to yhis restaurant on Sunday ,I been looking forward to visiting here for a Sunday Roast as heard it was lovely, I took my brother for his birthday along with my daughter. The food was lovely very tasty the roast potatoes were huge!! Although the food itself was good quality and tasted all three Roast dinners were luke warm and the gravy was borderline cold !!!! We arrived fir our 3.30pl appointment and it wasn’t busy at all so cant blame it on that.

Such a shame as i heard this Place Roast dinners were 10/10 🥴 so sorry to give this review but it just reflects our experience total bill £140 for 3 of us...
