So best to start talking about the service which was very quick to accommodate us and take our orders, so far everything was okay. I ordered a glass of white wine that for £16.50 I was expecting to taste fresh and not stale as it was, so here the first disappointment. After our starter arrived I was a bit disappointed too about the size of the large cuoppo misto that wasn't so large for £13 but never mind that the problem was the quality of the fried food , was too wet in oil and not crispy and dry as it should be. Then our classica fried pizza with ricotta and cicoli came and here started the real problem of our meal. Size wise I wasn't too impressed too because I'm from Naples and what arrived on my plate was smaller than my expectations, but the first real problem was that the food cicoli wasn't in the fried pizza but instead just a kind of ordinary pork roast slices which is completely different from the crispy cicoli. Anyway already fully immersed in my disappointment and trying to apologise to my disappointed girlfriend , meanwhile we were eating it , I literally almost choked myself with a piece of cling film that was left inside the filling of the fried pizza. We were absolutely shocked about it. After we had showed it to the waitress she went to speak with the owner, and after a quick apology from the waitress he didn't even showed up , or offer a dish replacement or something else. The only thing they offered us when we decided to ask for the bill and leave was a miserable 10% discount, here I was shocked again because after many years I've worked into the food industry, for smaller issues not comparable like that we usually apologize with our face and give some gifts to the customers and eventually not even charging for the food at all. So in conclusion for me this place it's a ripp off for tourists around Camden because the food isn't exceptional at all, there are far better pizzeria around Camden area. And my experience of the plastic found in our food/mouth was shocking and unforgettable.

I'm from Naples and I've always been passionate about Neapolitan food, I'm also an Italian chef. Today I was in Camden town and around lunch time I checked on google what this area can offer to eat, I found adoRE fritto and I was so happy of the idea to eat Neapolitan food. I've been there and honestly it's been an horrible experience, the staff a bit rude just focus on up selling and when I ordered they asked me how many people were going to eat, and when I said two they push me to buy more. Once i received the food I was so disappointing, the montanara really big and when you eat you can only taste the dough, the sauce on top was look like a ready to eat sauce that they just take it from the pot and put it on top but the things that really made me sad, was the cuoppo fritto! what a shame for a Neapolitan new opening presenting one of the most popular dish in Naples with nothing that bring me back home. The Polenta? we don't use to do polenta, Never in the cuoppo fritto, the crocche wihout mozzarella inside and taste like old three days, same the arancino and the frittatina of pasta that I didn't find the bechamel inside, the pastella with the veg? worse. Pastella should be golden and crunchy, this was white and full of oil. I can't describe how sad this place made me feel today because Neapolitan cuisine is all about passion and love with simple and tasty ingredients and place like adore fritto are not given the right Idea of what Neapolitan food mean. If you are from Napoli and you are looking for flavours that bring you back home I can't recommended Adore fritto because is missing the principal ingredients PASSION & LOVE.

I visited this restaurant today after a stroll through the new extension of the market across from the Stables Market. Being Italian, I’m usually wary of Italian restaurants in London as often you do not get the authenticity they promise. On this occasion, I have to thank my wife for convincing me to have our lunch here. The minute we approached the neatly set counter we were welcomed warmly by a smiling waiter who I later found out was the owner of the place. We sat at the counter and were offered an explanation of the dishes as well as the range of craft beers available. We ordered a large starter to share (cuoppo, a selection of handmade bite-size fried delicacies) and two beers to test the waters. The food was skilfully prepared in front of us within minutes. The 5* food hygiene rating displayed reflected the meticulous way in which the chefs handled the food. The first bite was an explosion of joy that quickly demanded a second one. Halfway through the starter we asked for a menu and ordered two more items, a fried calzoni and a panini made of pizza dough. These too, when they arrived, screamed with flavours and were loaded with fresh, quality produce of the kind I have been rarely able to source this side of the Alps. Astonishing. My only regret was not being able to try more items as the portions are huge and I could barely finish what I ordered. I will definitely return for more and couldn’t recommend it enough. Oh, and the craft beers were amazing too!

Feedback on Service Experience

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to provide feedback on a recent dining experience at your establishment. As a professional in the hospitality industry, I understand the importance of customer service and feel compelled to share my observations.

On my first visit, accompanied by a colleague, we encountered an initial interaction that left a negative impression. Upon arrival, we were uncertain about seating arrangements. A staff member informed us, in a rather abrupt manner, that table service was not available. Although we expressed understanding and acceptance, her tone changed noticeably once she realized we spoke Italian. She then became courteous and directed us to reserved seats for customers.

Despite this initial encounter, we chose to return because we enjoyed the quality of the food. During my recent visit, I placed an order with a staff member dressed in pizzaiolo attire, who was polite and helpful. However, my order was given to me in takeaway boxes without being asked if I intended to dine in or take away. Assuming, as on my previous visit, that I could sit at a table in the food hall, I began my meal.

Halfway through, the same staff member from my first visit approached me aggressively, asserting that I had requested takeaway. She removed the towel from under my food, nearly causing it to fall, and stated, "NOW IT'S FINE!" in a raised voice. I was taken aback and explained that I had not requested takeaway. The abruptness of her actions and tone left me feeling extremely uncomfortable and anxious, severely impacting my dining experience.

After finishing my meal, I approached her to address the issue calmly. I expressed that her behavior was inappropriate and no customer should be treated in such a manner, regardless of any miscommunication among staff. Instead of apologizing, she insisted that the pizzaiolo had asked me about takeaway, which he had not. Her continued rudeness and lack of accountability were disappointing, she was extremely rude!

The quality of the food at your establishment is commendable, but the service I experienced was unacceptable. The staff member in question, who has black hair often styled in a bun, demonstrated a significant lapse in professional behavior that warrants attention.

I hope this feedback will make you educate your staff m, because I’m not coming back after this. I had a horrible experience and I’m feeling extremely uncomfortable to coming...
