All Bar One Picton Place — Restaurant in London

Walked into the place, and it was dead. So we felt ourselves lucky, we ordered drinks via the scan qr code on the table and we heard the ding that sounds order hits the bar. We then started to tuck ourselves into the menu and figure out what we wanted. We decided we would have our first drink first… but we waited, and waited, and waited. Just want to set the scene for everyone reading this. In the place, I’d imagine there for be upto 15 tables, and when we were there, we were probably the 4th table. I have the receipt, we ordered our 2x drinks at 12:55. At 13:05 a big group turned up and stood at the bar and placed their order. I got up off my seat and peered around the corner from table 1 to see that ours was no where to be seen. 13:20 our drinks arrived at our table, without a single apology by the somewhat flustered manager?! 13:30 this drinks have gone, we ordered our food and another round of drinks. These drinks were prompt, and served by a very polite young man, he was very apologetic, something the manager can aspire too. Then the debacle of our food. I ordered the dirty stack without tomatoes but kept the pickle option. No pickles or burger sauce in the bun. My partner ordered cheese burger without tomato only. She got the burger with tomato, no pickles inside or burger sauce. But that isn’t the best part. Another flustered worker come out, and offered his apologies because they had no knives…. I recently had the pleasure of visiting All Bar One Picton place, and I must say, the experience was truly exceptional. While the bar itself boasted a charming ambiance and an impressive selection of drinks, it was Areeb, one of the worker, who truly stood out, entertained and made my visit memorable.

From the moment I approached the bar, Areeb greeted me with a warm smile and an eagerness to assist. His attentiveness and genuine interest in ensuring my satisfaction were evident from the start.

In a world where great service can sometimes be hard to come by, the team’s dedication to craft and the satisfaction of customers was truly refreshing. I left the bar with a smile on my face, thanks in large part to his exceptional service.

I dropped by here a Saturday afternoon for a couple of cocktails. When I got there only a handful of people were there - and within 30 minutes the place was crowded. Most definitely a popular place amongst locals. Cocktails: 5 stars. Really well made and tasteful. I had the Hibiscus and Apricot Fizz and the Spiced Rum Punch - both priced around 11£, which seems to be very fair - other bars in the area charges up to 22£ for a cocktail. Service: 3 stars. All bar tenders are professional - knows how to make drinks. But when I went to order my second drink I was the only one at the bar - besides a couple that had just ordered and the bartender was serving (Mixing drinks). As the bartender was done and served the couple their drinks, a lady came up next to me. The bartender knew the lady and immediately served her - instead of serving me that had been waiting. I guess the locals have some influence. As the place got crowded the mood of the place changed a lot. It got loud with everyone having a good time. No doubt this is a place to visit...
