One of, if not the best burger restaurant I have been to. When you walk in, the atmosphere is no different to any other hipster burger bar. Exposed black metal, rustic industrial feel with wooden panelling to add warmth. The service, great, staff was attentative to my needs and chef was very efficient in getting my food out. With costs rising, and restaurants being pressured on sales, the waiter did a fantastic job at upselling (which is a skill initself). Now, the food. I went for the signature truffle burger. What can I say? At first glance, proportioned to perfection. No excessive sauce like Beer and Burger, or too much Bun/meat ratio. Everything looked just perfect. Soft warm steamed brioche bun had a shine from the butter. The patty, crispy coating from the sear. The truffle mayo, a hint of brown, not at all empowering, but just perfect. The fig jam, I was skeptical, but that combined with the saltiness of the crispy onions and patty was sublime. Now, the taste test. Buttery soft bun, creamy truffle mayo with crispy onions. The the patty. Oh my god. So perfect and juicy, the right fat to meat ratio, not too oily and just the right level of meaty. This is the best burger I've had and nothing came to comparison. My side was the parmessan truffle fries, perfectly crispy, grated parmessan, and flakely salt, all within perfect proportion to balance it all out. Ask for a side of the fig jam you get in the burger - that goes perfectly with this. I walked in thinking it was another generic burger place... boy was I wrong and happy I was. This is now my new go-to burger bar and I am so glad I found it. Worth a visit for sure. You can't go wrong.

Had quite high hopes for this place based on previous reviews but was a little disappointed! We came for a quick evening hangover cure and ordered two truffle burgers, plain fries, and carnival onions. The burgers themselves were very tasty, although the very sweet fig jam with the richness of the truffle burger was a little much and think that could have done with being something sharp or being omitted altogether. We ordered plain fries which were the same price as the loaded fries, which personally I think is a little bit of a cheek. The fries were very heavily salted to the point I couldn't eat them. The carnival onions were quite nice and a nice alternative to traditional onion rings but again these were very heavily salted. Dips were extra, which I don't mind paying for but don't get particularly excited if I have to pay for something really basic like mayo or ketchup that isn't made in-house. Staff were friendly and generally quite attentive. A few delivery people coming through the restaurant. Probably wouldn't visit again on balance of there being so many great burger places in London but was fine for a quick meal out. Edited to add: responded to the email as suggested by the team below, recieved a very bemused response from someone on the other end who seemed to have no idea why I had got in touch.

This burger restaurant is undoubtedly one of the best I've ever had the pleasure of dining at. The moment you step inside, you are greeted by an ambiance that sets it apart from other trendy burger joints. The exposed black metal, rustic industrial atmosphere, coupled with warm wooden paneling, creates a welcoming and cozy environment. Now, onto the food. I opted for the signature truffle burger, and it exceeded all expectations. The presentation was flawless, with perfect proportions and no overwhelming sauce or unbalanced bun-to-meat ratio. The soft, warm steamed brioche bun had a delightful shine from the butter, while the patty boasted a crispy sear. The truffle mayo was subtly delightful, and the fig jam, despite initial skepticism, paired exquisitely with the saltiness of the crispy onions and the flavorful patty. When it came to the taste test, the buttery soft bun, creamy truffle mayo, and crispy onions perfectly complemented the juicy, impeccably cooked patty. The overall combination was nothing short of divine. I initially entered the restaurant expecting just another generic burger place, but I was pleasantly surprised. It has now become my go-to burger bar, and I'm thrilled to have discovered it. And to top it up with that it’s all so Halal

This was, hands down, one of the most humiliating and disgusting experiences I’ve ever had in any restaurant. What happened to me was blatantly racist, demeaning, and absolutely unacceptable. I truly hope management reads this and realizes the severity of what’s happening in their establishment.

I had already paid for my food and was waiting at a table when, out of nowhere, the staff member came up to me with an aggressive tone and said, “Get up from the table. I’m not giving you your food unless you leave.” I calmly replied, “Please give me my food and I’ll leave.” He looked me dead in the face and said: “I don’t work for you.”

Mind you — I had already PAID for my food. What made it even more painful was that there were other customers sitting nearby, who happened to share the same tone as the staff member — and they were not asked to move. Not a word. The discrimination was obvious and undeniable.

I stood there in shock. I was frozen. I couldn’t even react — that’s how deeply this shook me. This is racism. Not just words — but actions that strip you of dignity because of how you look.

Let me be clear: I will not stay silent about this. I will report this to the appropriate authorities and make sure this business understands that respect isn’t optional — it’s a basic human right.

If the employee was under stress, we all are. That doesn’t justify hatred, discrimination, or humiliating a paying customer.

This was shameful. Deeply shameful. And staying silent would make me complicit in allowing this kind of behavior to continue.

I strongly advise everyone to think twice before visiting this place, especially if you expect to be treated with basic human respect...
