Julia was incredibly attentive, truly listening to what I liked and offering thoughtful, knowledgeable advice that made the experience feel completely tailored to me. Franscenca and Alex were absolute lovely and accommodating. Alex greeted us and let us browse without immediately jumping on us and making the whole experience feel overwhelming. And then approached us when we looked like we needed advice/help and delivered exceptional service. Gave his own opinions and guided us to certain scents also explaining and demonstrating which ones would pair well together. We got our perfume bottle tops engraved for free (which was a real nice added touch). Franscenca then chimed into our conversation and made us feel completely relaxed and comfortable and even gave us a card which allowed us to have a free cocktail inspired by their new scent at the brasserie of light. After visiting most jo malones in london this store is always the most reliable for a top class experience. Super friendly passionate welcoming staff and that goes for all staff I’ve encountered at this store. Especially the blonde lady , gentleman , and lady with dark hair . I find in other london stores it’s very hit and miss but always 100% consistent amazing service at this concession boutique. Well done team selfridges jo malone.
