AMT Coffee, East Croydon - Platform 3&4 — Restaurant in London

I ordered a weak oat latte, as I normally buy it from elsewhere I was surprised how small the small is . Then I found out that those oat milk is 50 p extra , so this tiny coffee came to £4, fair enough every coffee makes their own price. I asked her to make sure it’s not hot, if something I prefer just a bit warm as I don’t have too much time to drink it ( I am an obs for southern railway ) , I warned her not once that please make sure it’s not hot , she said yeah fine . Bought myself and a nice mocha and panini this morning from platform 5&6 at East Croydon whilst waiting for a delayed service. The lovely lady at the counter was very attentive and extremely polite despite the fact it was quite busy and I was a little snappy. She made me the perfect mocha and I got to enjoy a flawlessly warmed panini. It definitely made my morning much better and changed my mood especially since my train was delayed whilst on my way to an important meeting. No respect for customer nor care for business. The person there prefers to let go of customers then decorating super expensive sandwiches and panini's. Moved to other one on platform 4 there the lady got my order 3 times wrong. I cancelled it as my train was arriving at platform 3. Even changing platform and running around didn't get me what I wanted.Train your staff for better customer service and how to work under pressure.
