Very nice clean shop. Very bright, you might need sunglasses for the yellow walls! Disappointed that they didn’t have any medium traditional pasty’s but they explained that there was a quality issue and they didn’t want to sell anything other than quality. I appreciated this and ended up buying a large one. I also wanted to buy a sandwich for my lunch break but they have stopped selling the ones I like and have started selling a different range. Not happy about that because these new ones are smaller and ridiculously expensive. I’ll buy my sandwich elsewhere. The ladies working in the shop appeared friendly and smiled at other customers, but I felt differently. It’s important to treat everyone with respect. Perhaps they didn’t understand what I was saying. I was there to get a goodie bag and wanted to explain that I only needed vegetarian items but they were saying I could not choose, but I have been a vegetarian for whole my life. I was at East Croydon train station on Saturday 13th January 2024. In the middle of platform 3 there is a waiting room with your shop in the corner. I was served by Ellia (fenale approx 18 Asian ) I had previously worked in customer service for 25 years.
