Don't bother.... not only they make mistakes but they don't want to help and rude....0 stars is not possible..... Where do I start...? I have been living in the area for 9 years, and I used to like ordering there, the food was decent and never had any problems at the beginning. Then I honestly don't know what happened, maybe change of management or something like that but it all went downhill and I just stopped ordering,people were being rude and missing stuff on my orders...... A while later, I thought I'll give it another go, well: What was i thinking???? The order I received was wrong, so naturally I call and tell them, The lady I spoke to offered a refund or a replacement, so I chose a refund only because she brought it up. Then she calls me back saying she won't do a refund they still have time to deliver another pizza (under 45min rule). I said it's too late I already made other arrangements, so she says the manager will call me back. I was eating when he called, I said I can't talk I'm eating now.... he didn't say a word and put the phone down on me... when I called back, I told how him that's not appropriate behaviour.... Hell broke loose, he went from 0 to 60 and was full on shooting at me..... So I gave up and put the phone down. The worst pizza I've had since microwaving Iceland pizzas as a kid. It's shocking to pay over £20 for an 18inch pizza that has less cheese on it that a 10inch Franco Manca, and that's saying something! Large patches were just dry dough with a touch of tomato but no cheese. There were probably no more than 12 pieces of pepperoni on this 254 square inch pizza, so it was pretty barren.

We ordered ours to Bad Moon (board game cafe that they have a partnership with). I think they wait until they have enough orders to bother delivering it, which is probably why it was so dry by the time it arrived. The staff at Bad Moon were kind enough to give us complimentary drinks to say sorry.

I never thought that microwaving a pizza could improve it, but that's the only way I could eat it the next day. Even then, it made my jaw ache trying to bite through the crust. A total...

Once upon a time they were a great addition to the local delivery options with fresh authentic pizza. Now they are an absolute shambles and should be ashamed for the terrible service they inflict on people. My experience was the same as many other reviewers on here, ordered a pizza with a delivery time of 20mins. Tried calling after and hour and could only get a mobile voicemail and no answer. Called Deliveroo after an hour and a half and they couldn’t get through either, so had to cancel the order. They called me after over 2 hours, asked if I had ordered pizza and when I told them delivery had cancelled the order they said ‘oh fine’ and hung up. They then refused to refund my card for the £30 I paid for no food!!! Perhaps this is their new business model, take the money and make people wait for so long that they give up and order from somewhere else......
