Best Mangal Bar & Restaurant — Restaurant in London

I have to put 1 star to write down but really they don’t deserve to have it. Today we came and waited to be seated then he asked us to choose a table and we chose the back side the 3rd table from the back then the waiter said its been reserved but there’s no reservations on the table then we moved to other table and he came back a few minutes before he serves us he was not sorry he just being RUDE AND NOT SORRY. I am expecting a good service but we are not there to be treated like a dog where he is the one who will choose where we going to sit. The staff on the grilling trying to cover this guy and saying it was busy but only 3 table has been occupied when we came. To the management i am raising their attitude towards us today and i was upset because people are looking on us thinking we are just customers. Do not come here if you don’t want to be treated like this. They are trying to make a reason and covering each other and he didn’t served us for a few minutes where there other customers has been served just came in after us. If you are reading this specially the owner of this restaurant i’m not making any issues but as a customer we have the right to be treated right. After the argument the waiter wrote in a piece of paper that a table has been reserved but from the beginning he didn’t tell us and lead us to choose out table. WORSE EVER EXPEREINCE. If you are a woman who likes to be disrespected and humiliated then visit this place. I walked in with a work colleague happily ordering our food. After receiving one of the orders, I asked another man to give us some sauce. He completely ignored even though he wasn't doing anything. He looked right through my eyes and turned his head to stare at a lady behind me who was showing more flesh. I complained of his attitude to him but only was excused of having "issues". His colleague then said he was annoyed that I asked him for sauce and not the guy who was serving me. ITS A TAKEAWAY NOT A 5 STAR RESTUARANT IN MAYFAIR. Then following my attempting to speak to a manager the entire staff crew spoke in their language and started laughing at me. Honestly as a professional, I would never recommend any respectful woman to walk into this place. The place was empty and the attitude of staff reflected this. Each one of them should be fired if it was my business. My colleagues used to go to this place at least once a week, but following my experience, they have vowed not never visit them. I always had this place on my radar after a colleague had recommended this restaurant for its Turkish grilled food. But we couldn't get round to visiting this restaurant yet.

Nonetheless, after seeing this restaurant delivering to my address on UberEats, I have now no excuse to not try this place. We ordered their mixed grill platter that includes a good portion of wings, chicken shish, lamb shish, adana kofta and lamb ribs. Rice and bulgur was included. They also gave 5 cold mezze with that platter. Though they packed all the mezzes in one takeaway container that consequently got kind of mixed together as there was no partition to keep the mezze separate.

Anyhow the food was really tasty and fresh. We had not one item that tasted average. I can totally see why my friend recommended this place. I definitely would not mind trying this...
