Black Sheep Coffee — Restaurant in London

The staff is very rude. 01.11.22, I decided to sit at this place and wait for my friend to join me for a coffee. As I am waiting, the guy with the glasses tells me that “I need to ask for permission to sit and use the plug there.”. I tell him that I am waiting for my friend so we can drink coffee at the Black Sheep Coffee. This guy tells me that “It is not a waiting area and you need to ask for permission to plug your phone in.”. I tell him “You should put a sign saying to ask for permission to plug your phone to the charger.” and he shows me the “Black Sheep Coffee” sign saying “This is the company”. He told me off because I was waiting for my friend to have coffee at their “company”, so I left as a customer. What a shame as I was very eager to try their coffee for the first time and that is why I sat there to wait for my friend so we could enjoy...

Please know that this branch of black sheep is located inside a mall. I walked to this place in early morning hours to enjoy this coffee as I had it earlier in UK at other places but I was disappointed with this branch as it didn’t have any proper seating and just ruined my experience of enjoying my coffee and waffles as I had to have it on the go.

So if you’re looking for a place where you can enjoy black sheep coffee Thn this ain’t the place for you. Coffee tastes amazing and by all means a must try for all coffee lovers! And its coffee plus waffles combo is a killer!...

My usual coffee tasted funny and after asking they refused to redo it or atleast refund me, i asked for the manager and this chubby halfway bald jew middle aged guy named harry or hami who served me my coffee told me he actually was the manager and i should just sip my coffee and cry away from the stand, i wont be coming back ever again.
