The bubble tea's here are really nice and reasonably priced. My favourite has to be the coconut with vanilla milk tea, because it is subtle and not overly sweet. I would always recommend that milk tea if you don't know what to get and want a safe option. I've noticed sometimes the tapioca being a bit sticky but this is because of the components of the drink being sugary, if you want to minimise this then ask for a half scoop instead of a full scoop. You can also pick up a loyalty card/gift card, every 10th drink is free and an extra £1 on your card when you top up £10.
What really lets this Bubbleology branch down in this branch is the customer service!!! They are really rude and unattentive. I've been here a few times and it's always the same, they behave as though you're a nuisance and doing you a favour! They do not even do the basics of customer service such as saying hello or thank you. And this has always happened whether it's busy or quiet I don't understand why they are always so cold and callous even when I make the effort, it's always non reciprocal.
Today for example I was served by someone he asked me if I wanted tapioca or not (the basic standard questions) . He then spoke to his colleague about needing a break and left the counter briskly just after taking the payment and stood talking to him from out back. What sort of behaviour is that? He also messed up my drink because I asked for half a scoop of tapioca but he put a full scoop, he also gave me no sugar (when I never asked for it to be less), I was already far away to ask them to change it. This has happened a couple times now either the drink is overly sweet or tastes of hardly anything. A third incident occurred when I asked for 2 milk teas and the girl put ice in it even though I didn't mention ice, when I questioned her about it she lied and said I asked for ice, she then messed up 1 of the drinks by taking some of the iced drink out and putting a lot of tapioca in a new cup then pouring the iceless concoction into a new cup, but left the 1st drink I ordered with ice which was awful. There is also 1 member of staff who cannot make the drinks properly and he is so rude being on his phone all the time and walking out the shop in view of customers. I'm really fed up with the standard, behaviour, and attitude from this branch that's why I'm giving 1 star instead of 5. Read moreI am working at delivery and i have many orders from your place today. i was there in the morning and you had only ONE boy there trying to make all these orders and the same at the evening you have a lady working all ALONE AGAIN and try to make all the orders and all of us delivery there waiting. the pure girl trying to do the her best, she was so polite with us but at the shame time you can see her that was she was feeling bad. you have to be ashamed , that you take advantage of people like that. and the RESULT IS that our costumers be extremely un happy about this. and had plenty of complains for the delay orders. So the conclusion it that you dont CARE not even from your costumers BUT NOT EVEN FOR YOUR PURE EMPLOYEES that trying to clean your mess because as we all can see you are not obviously CARE about this company. you dont care about your employees and the costumers the most two important things that you have to care about. so your company working properly but you care only about HOW TO TAKE MONEY FROM the PEOPLE. and not how to WORK A BUSSINES PROPETLY RIGHT? you have yo be ashamed managers and owners of bubbleology. the world it would be better place if you people actually care about people and not how to earned money thank god is some (very rare) bussines out there that they respect the costumers and their employes....

I have visited other branches and the customer service and drinks were perfect, however this was NOT the case here. There seemed to be some racial tension because whilst the other white customers were treated with utmost respect, me and my friends (people of colour) were treated like second class citizens. Whilst the other customers appeared to be satisfied with their drinks all of our drinks had a bitter taste and there were black bits floating in the fruit teas. The white customers ordered similar fruit teas, however more time was taken to prepare theirs (approx. 5 mins), and ours given almost immediately. It was as if no effort was put into making our drinks and the outcome was disgusting. The staff seemed to be whispering to each other whilst looking directly at us.
