Absolutely wouldn’t even give one star for the service. We went up to the usher and asked if they still have the Oyster Happy Hour, she responded saying she didn’t even remember your restaurant has it because you “usually only serve customers with class.”

So you can judge someone’s class based on appearance? And you have a class requirement for customers?

We were on a business trip from different companies so we needed to split the bill and receive separate receipts for reimbursement. No other staff members were nearby, and this usher happens to be seating another party close to us. We were in a hurry so my companion asked her if she could split the bill after she finished with the other table.

She raised her voice as she walked away, “I’m not gonna split the bill for you, do it among yourselves.”

Have you not trained your staff on basic customer service before putting them on the floor? Especially in a front-of-house role like usher - her behavior left a below-average impression on your brand.

Every other restaurant I’ve ever been to has been able to split the bill. Is that really too much to ask? Even if it wasn’t her responsibility, she could’ve simply said she’d ask somebody else to help us.

Later, another waitress came over and asked how we’d like to split the bill. She then messed it up. We ended up not splitting it at all because your staff had already demonstrated multiple times that they were unable to handle a simple task.

Despite this poor service, you’re charging 15.5% service fees. I have to ask - what service?

To make matters worse, we felt we were treated this way because we were Chinese. That’s racism. Your staff did not behave this way toward other tables around us. I’ve been to other locations of your brand and never had an issue. Disappointing.

This experience was completely unacceptable. Your staff treated us disrespectfully, based on what appears to be our race and perceived class.

The only good thing I have to say is your nice...

Burger and Lobster, what a stunning venue! From the moment you walk through the doors, you're transported to a beautiful, stylish space that exudes elegance. The ambiance alone is reason enough to visit this restaurant, making it a feast for the eyes even before the culinary adventure begins.

Now, let's talk about the food. Burger and Lobster does an excellent job of keeping things simple, and that's exactly what makes it outstanding. The menu may not be vast, but what they do, they do exceptionally well. The burger options are juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection, catering to those who crave a hearty, classic meal.

But the star of the show has to be the lobster roll. It's an absolute triumph in taste and texture. The lobster meat is succulent and expertly seasoned, and the buttery roll it's served in is a delightful complement. Each bite is a harmonious blend of flavors that lingers in your memory long after the meal is over.

The good food is paired with equally commendable service. The staff at Burger and Lobster are not only attentive but also knowledgeable about the menu, making recommendations that enhance your dining experience. They create an atmosphere that's welcoming and warm, adding to the overall appeal of this establishment.

In summary, Burger and Lobster is a true gem in the culinary world. It's a beautiful venue where you can savor top-notch food and receive excellent service. While everything on the menu is worth trying, don't miss the lobster roll – it's a gastronomic delight that elevates your dining experience to a whole new level. Whether it's a special occasion or just a craving for exceptional food, this restaurant checks...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Burger and Lobster, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted and promptly seated in a cozy, inviting atmosphere.

The highlight of our visit, however, was the outstanding service provided by Carlos. He was attentive, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about the menu. Carlos went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, making excellent recommendations and ensuring our drinks were always full. His passion for providing top-notch service was evident throughout our meal.

We decided to try the classic lobster and the lobster roll, and both were cooked to perfection. The classic lobster was succulent and flavorful, while the lobster roll had the perfect balance of rich, buttery lobster and a light, crispy roll. To top off our meal, we indulged in their vanilla ice cream, which was creamy and delicious—a perfect ending to a wonderful dining experience.

Carlos made sure to check in on us regularly, ensuring that our meal was to our satisfaction and making us feel well taken care of throughout the evening.

Overall, our experience at Burger and Lobster was fantastic, thanks in large part to Carlos. His exceptional service truly elevated our dining experience, making it memorable and enjoyable. We will definitely be returning, and we highly recommend asking for Carlos when you visit. He truly embodies the spirit of excellent...

A very enjoyable experience from the moment we entered. Greeted by a lovely waitress who seated us at a group table near to the bar. There's lots of space for groups and I noticed smaller tables and stools at the bar. Great atmosphere with great music, some of which gave me flashbacks of other good night's out in the past. For the size of the place, with its high ceilings, I was impressed with how warm it was; perfect room temperature for me. The waiter was great with me being a fussy eater, as this is often a nightmare for some. Didn't even phase him, he knew the menu off the back of his hand and made recommendations that didn't fail to deliver. The drinks were great, especially the cocktails🤤🤤😍🤤🤤... They have PROPER rum👌🏿, none of that cheap alcoholics preference.. like Bacardi or Captain Morgan's rubbish. The food was served hot, and freshly cooked, I'll admit that I was dubious about having the Lobster Burger (which is a beef burger, topped with lobster meat)... But I was slightly overwhelmed by how good it was.🤤🤤 Well-cooked and the bun was toasted, so it didn't end up soggy. I wasn't overly impressed with the fries, but they were decent. The seasoned chips were better, best if you're not planning on snogging though because they are not shy with the garlic 🤣. Enjoyed looking at the live lobsters too, although I did feel a tad guilty 😞. Overall, a great dining experience. Will visit again for sure.
