Chicken Lickin — Restaurant in London

Not impressed. Not been here for a while, looks like change of ownership. All the prices on the price board have a sticker over them, presumably to reflect the newer, much higher prices. The food wasn’t very good and to top it off, once I got home with my order realised he missed out the wings even though he charged me for them. What’s funny though is that he sellotaped my box so there was no chance I could look to check before getting home. Wasn’t provided with any napkins or salt. Bloke was more interested in playing with his mobile rather than deal with customers. If you’re in the area and fancy chicken and chips, try SZS which is a couple of mins walk down...

I entered the shop to place food and the man was on the phone telling me yes what would you like while still being on the phone. Im not gonna repeat my order once that phone is down as they always ask you like 5 times to repeat your order. Centuries goes past until your order is ready very poor customer service who cannot even multi serve. Nice food but the shop is very dirty plus i dont understand the reason of that frame on the counter not everything fits through. Please fix your shop before keep everything in hygiene have more staff like one doing pizza one doing the chickens one looking after the fryings one dealing with customers and work...

I found not 1 not 2 but 3 pieces of small hair. 1 hair embedded within their burger sauce right I'm the middle of their thick sauce! and 2 pieces of hair on the outside of the chips that must of dropped when collecting the fries...

This place has serious issues with hygiene!

If you want to enjoy your food go somewhere else, the last time I visited this place had a pest control inspection turn up. But I didn't expect this place to give me 3 succulent pieces of hair!
