GREGGS OUTLET IN PLAISTOW!!

A real Greggs lover for many years, heard about this outlet and so glad it’s finally here!

Opened as from Tuesday 17th October 2023

Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm (Weekend hours vary)

We used to have a Percy ingles but got shut down and replaced with an African takeaway so residents of Newham had limited choices unless making your way to Stratford Centre.

Clean and friendly atmosphere, very friendly and helpful staff who go above and beyond with picking your order from delivery not to mention the great selection at more than half the price of your normal Greggs store!

Great variety and selection especially during the cost of living prices. Could not have been placed in a better location.

Purchased 2 packs of 4 sausage rolls, 3 packs of 2 Steak beak, 2 packs of 2 Chicken bake, 2 sandwiches, 1 baguette, a single Steak beak and a pack of yum Yums for a grand total of £15! (Would cost roughly £30 in normal...

Lovely lady behind counter served me with a smile in the morning. I asked about the best before dates, to which she informed me that they should be eaten same day which made a lot of sense due to the very cheap prices of everything. Most stuff I bought was buy one get one free and was just as fresh as a normal greggs store. I also got a cappuccino and the server had a smile and was very nice in general, coupled with the affordable prices created a nice atmosphere in a not always nice area. I left happy with my purchase, knowing I can back for food and snacks if I’m ever in the area with no problem. Only thing I would say is that the self service milk jug was empty, but I can’t fault them for that as they probably genuinely didn’t know, and most drinks don’t require to add milk necessarily so not a big deal in any case. A good local Gregg's Outlet, mostly you'll get early morning workers and school children going in for their daily breakfast/ lunch.

Very good price for quick snacks.

The downfall is the display of food products is slow display, as they are mostly empty or run out early morning, what the shop assistant would say. That is not the case as you could overlook the products behind the till on crates and ask for them to be given. Needs to be...
