Postscript: Following my below review, i have had an email exchange with the manager. Some differences in our points of view of course, but they explained that they have spoken to the member of staff in question etc, and have responded by making some changes to staffing, which makes me think that they have taken our experience seriously and are working to ensure there is no repeat for others — I have increased my rating. Original Post: Had Cloudwater AF beer elsewhere and really liked it, so asked a friend to go visit their taproom. Evening ended when a staff member suddenly without prior notice asked us to finish our drinks, and stood before my friend, far too close, quite threatening, whilst she finished her beer, even when we asked him politely to give her some space. Read moreOne of the best breweries in the world has been introduced to the Bermondsey beer mile, bringing with them a huge portion of integrity back to the beer mile that was lost with some of the sales to big beer we’ve seen in the past. (I’m looking at you Four Pure and your recently sanitised Tao room).
An unpretentious, cosy space with one of the best beer selections available in London. At £4 a drink (different styles/strengths poured at different measures), you’re getting a great experience and some incredible beer at a really reasonable price. Super accessible to craft beer newbies as well as being able to appease the seasoned craft beer connoisseur.

I absolutely love the beers here so I hope that dog gets some love and comfort and not put in that...
