Worst experience in a restaurant EVER anywhere on earth! If you want to be respected just get away from this awful place. The waiter couldn't write our order properly, but this one only the beginning, after 50 minutes waiting to be served it took us 5 minutes waving at him to get his attention and make him realize suddenly that he forgot to give our order to the kitchen, then after 20 more minutes waiting (as all kitchen staff was going on break) we finally got served by a wrong order, they forgot half the order, but all that because the waiter forgot to tell them. So we waited 15 more minutes to get this missing part of the order until the waiter came to us to inform us there was no more salmon!!! That they discovered after all this time??? So it took them more than 1h30 to start making the salmon buns to find out salmon was out?? So we cancelled it. In all that process almost no excuse from the waiter, and worse no word nor excuse from the manager who saw us many times waving at the counter to ask what was going on! She never show the slightest sign of respect towards us, even though we tried to stay civilised and polite. And for all this time lost, mistakes and lack of respect we got what? Only a 10% discount! Even when we left that awful place no one seemed to have the slightest sign of respect nor excuse... we've been to countless restaurants in London or around the world, and faced countless errors, delays, changes, but always got back on our feet thanks to the respect and positive attitude of the people at fault, but there!!! NOTHING!!! Even the price is too high for the quality delivered. Don't ever go there to have a decent meal, this place is only worth a TV show regarding worst...

Bone daddies as a whole has gone downhill with changing ingredients of dishes without changing the names (removing bamboo shoots in favour of … the most raw crunchy spring onions in the T22, completely ruined the flavour/texture of the broth, way too much sesame in the tantanmen 2 as well - not a one off as the same happened in the oxford street and soho branches, makes me think that this is just the new recipe)

Service was ok and servers were nice but they did not give us menus when sitting us at the table. We saw where they were kept when entering so got up and got them ourselves. No mention of the special which would have been nice to try, only saw it on the board on our way out of the business park.

Rowdy table in front of us with a guy from that table going and harassing someone on the table behind us, no action taken until he was an inch from the other guys face, clapping in his ears, even though he was being loud and awful for the 10-15 minutes before that. If you’re going to have drunk people at a restaurant maybe have someone there that is able deal with them? Ruined the vibe.

All in all, we won’t be returning to bone daddies again. 3 negative experiences in a row, each one strangely worse than the last has been enough and now with lower quality ingredients whilst being more expensive and having staff that maybe isn’t trained well enough to know menus go with sitting people down. It’s a shame because it was our favourite spot the last 5 or so years for great service, food and vibes, none of...

Was looking forward to trying the monthly special. Both times I went the monthly specials were sold out. Which can’t be controlled and it’s understandable.

It would have been nice if the waiter told us upfront they ran out of monthly specials.

It was my sibling's first time trying bone daddies so we decided to try out another ramen. But the service was so poor we walked out without ordering.

We sat down at the second table from the front of the restaurant and the table was super sticky. We asked the waiter and she cleaned it. The waiting staff said unfortunately even after cleaning the tables there are still sticky n we have gotten so many complaints from customers. If you are getting so many complaints the company/branch should do something about the sticky tables.

We finally decided on what to order. But the staff sat down at the table next to us and was just having a casual conversation with the delivery person. The delivery person got up and we finally thought the staff will check on us and take our order. But the staff took their phone out and went on Instagram and paid no attention to us. To be doing it right in front of the restaurant and have customers waiting is very unprofessional. At this point, we were just annoyed and walked out.

The waiting staff when we first interacted was super nice but needs some training on certain etiquette.

I have to admit this is not the standard service I received from visiting other branches. I particularly like the...

Do not recommend. Please avoid this rip off place. Why? 1) my £15 a pop Ramen arrived luke warm. I have asked the waitress to make it hot. She was grumpy about it, didn’t apologise and returned after a few minutes with an even hotter to touch bowl with same like warm contents. It had ice cold chicken pieces on top. That’s not how ramen is done! 2) the broth itself tasted bland, like a supermarket broth. Please people, you can get great ramen at Hakata ramen (3 minutes walk from this place) or Yamagoya for less money. 3) the place is incredibly noisy and squeezy, like a canteen, which is fine but the price is too much for this standard 4) we ordered overpriced tea with ‘free refills’. We weren’t asked even once if we fancied a refill and there was NO ‘refill station’ where we could go it ourselves. Overall it’s a shame as we live nearby, it could have been our local. Sadly, a terribly run place, overpriced and not understanding market positioning. Are you a cheap munchies place like bucket fried chicken places? Fine, you give away those vibes, please reflect it in the price! Are you trying to be a proper restaurant? Then provide a nice atmosphere, ask customers if they want water etc, and provide good food for the extortionate prices you charge.

I went here for a quick dinner on my own before a gig, and I thought it was gonna be decent, but I left rather disappointed. I have reviewed many a ramen restaurant from all types of Asian cuisine around the world...but this has to be by far the worst one! I went for the pork Tonkotsu (The Original) and yes it was original...but for all the wrong reasons. The dish came, and just on sight I could tell it was lacking broth in terms of quantity. I put the ladel in and my first taste of the broth is 2/3 oil, and the next ladel, and the next! I was shocked. It was greasy and just coated the inside of my mouth with fat that hadn't been skimmed away during the cooking process..I couldn't explain it. I didn't even finish the broth it was that bad...the best part of the dish, ruined! You can even see from my picture that it just doesn't look right. It was a shame, seen as the pork was nice and tender, noodles good the egg and veggies all fine...but you can't screw up the best part for me. The rest of the dish saves it from getting 1 star. I don't think I'll bother going there again tbh. So, if you're a broth lover like myself and in the area, I'd leave this place out....there's probably better places in the area. Service was fine and as expected.

Location: This place is a nightmare to find, nestled behind piles of trash and industrial eyesores. Feels more like stumbling upon a haunted junkyard than a restaurant. Ghost kitchen vibes, anyone? Service: Expect to wait longer than it takes for a sloth to cross the road. Time seemed to crawl as we eagerly anticipated any sign of life from the kitchen. Food Quality: The chicken starters were a cruel joke. The first bite transported me straight to a frozen chicken horror show—chewy and absolutely revolting. Complained, got a replacement that was equally tragic, and surprise, got charged for the privilege. Inedible doesn't begin to cover it. Main Course: The ramen, oh the ramen, was just about average. After enduring the ordeal of the starters, it was like a mediocre consolation prize. Hardly worth the agonizing wait. Overall: Save yourself the misery. This Bone Daddies branch is a disappointment factory. Would not recommend unless you're a fan of culinary horror stories.
