I took the croissant, pain au chocolat & pain aux raisins workshop at the Comptoir Bakery School and I can only say great things about it.

First of all, the people made the whole experience special. Sebastien and Quentin are lovely people, you can really tell they love what they are doing. The space they built for the classes is very cosy and inviting.

They give step by step instructions and walk around to answer any question you might have along the way. Also, you get a box and some paper bags at the end to take everything you made back home.

Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun activity with friends/family or treat themselves to a solo...

The bakery class was an absolute delight and the perfect way to spend a Saturday afternoon with friends. I learned everything from scratch, including how to make pastry dough, while also using the pre-prepared dough to keep the class running smoothly. Sabastian and Quentin were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always happy to share their expertise. I left with a full bag of delicious pastries, a lovely high-quality Comptoir apron, and even the extra dough I made during the class! My husband and I really enjoyed Comptoir Bakery’s Hot Cross Bun workshop on Saturday, thank you! It was a fun but informative afternoon. Lovely environment and not too large so you got as much attention as needed. A friendly mixed age group of people were there. We took home a big bag each with a selection of hot cross buns and tropezienne we had baked, dough to bake more as well as an nice apron.
