I left my sweet tooth in Creams. And that’s where it will stay until I try everything on their delicious menu.
I wasn’t sure whether to eat or climb this man made mountain which was my Ferrero Roche sundae it was that big. £7 may be at the top end of the dessert price scale, but you sure get a lot for your money, more than I was expecting to be honest.
The Ferrero Roche sundae comprises of two scoops of ice cream (one chocolate, one regular), chocolate flakes, two wafers,a chocolate wafer stick and chocolate chips.
And if that wasn’t enough chocolate for you, there is a generous helping of chocolate sauce hiding at the bottom of the glass which sticks to the back of your throat like cough syrup, but in a much, much nicer way. Chocolate flavoured cough syrup anyone?
Other interesting flavours on the menu include Bubblelicious, After Eight Mint Choc Sundae and the Birthday Extravaganza which consists of 15 (yes 15) scoops of ice cream on a bed of waffles with whipped cream, syrups (yes plural), wafers and sprinkles for £27.95. I think this is supposed to be shared, although I would be up for a Man Vs. Food challenge of this.
Creams also offer milkshakes, gelato, sorbets, cakes, smoothies, waffles, protein power shakes and crepes too. Phew!
As you can tell, Creams isn’t your average ice cream parlour. The dark purple and black decor shining with glitter makes you feel like you’re in an exclusive VIP nightclub. Dance music plays in the background while the disco ball spins late into the night (Creams is open till midnight Friday-Saturday and 11pm Sunday-Thursday).

Read moreFound hair on my crepe and the staff denied it and won’t change it or giver us a refund! Terrible staff and worst customer service I ever experienced. Found hair on my kids crepe and showed it to the waiter, he took it back and another staff came back telling me that all the staff wear nets so the hair doesn’t belong to them. No apology, just rudeness from her literally telling me off for finding hair! When I asked to speak to a manager due to her unprofessional and appalling behaviour she claimed she was the manager and apparently she is the owner for Kingston creams. But when I asked for my money back as we did not touch the desert, she wasn’t willing to change it for a new one she refused to refund my money, and her explanation was how is she going to answer to the people above her when food is going to waste. She literally made my 7 year old cry and threatened to call the police when I wanted to know her name! The waiter tried to calm her down and she pushed him away! I’m just shocked an appalled by this woman’s behaviour. I did call the police as I felt so insulted by her behaviour and my daughter was crying out loud as she was shouting at us to get out. But the police couldn’t do anything and told me to complain. Save yourself the drama and don’t go to creams...
Read moreWARNING - DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. We used to be regulars at Creams in Kingston and it was always a very family friendly and accommodating place. Our kids have allergies to eggs and nuts, so we always had to ask staff for the menu details, who normally assisted us as appropriate. But not this time. We took the kids there recently (August 2020) for ice cream and the only member of staff was a guy we had not seen before - a tall bearded man who was the only employee present. When we arrived we immediately asked him for allergy advice for eggs, and he repeatedly reassured us (I'm talking like 6-8 times, and confidently) that all the ice creams were egg-free. He didn't seem to really care about the customers, but was not rude to us. After we had bought £30 worth of ice cream and left the shop, on the drive home our kids had allergic reactions to the ice cream, including rashes and sore throats. We're lucky their symptoms were mild, but this kind of thing could be potentially fatal for people with severe allergies. We're never going back, and this guy MUST be fired, as this is simply unacceptable and dangerous...
