Lady that always answers the phone needs to check her tone and customer service skills. As a customer if I feel like calling the store with an enquiry or request after I’ve ordered something it shouldn’t be an issue but yet I called last night after ordering to ask them to make sure there was some actual CHICKEN in the CHICKEN SOUP that I ordered. Her tone was very dismissive and rude and she made a comment which in other words she’s basically meant I’ll get what I’m given which is not okay. I feel me calling to ask her to make sure there was chicken in the soup annoyed her or made her feel like I was telling her how to do her job so she purposely decided just to not put any in at all I didn’t get not even one piece of chicken in my CHICKEN SOUP, which is extremely unprofessional and if she can’t deal with customers calling to ask questions she shouldn’t be working there. First and foremost the last answering the phone is soooooooooooooooooo RUDE! No manners whatsoever very dismissive, I called to enquire about something with my order and she picked up saying "Daphanies Good night" i was so confused because i didn't get why she was saying "daphanies good night" so i asked her 3 times what she meant by that but she kept repeating the same phrase and her tone was VERY RUDE. I genuinely was confused because i made an order around 10pm i thought she was saying good night to me because they were closing, anyways long story short I laughed and preceded to speak, she didn't explain why or what she cut the phone And when i tried calling back she refused to pick up. So... on the ‘menu’ section on deliveroo and uber eats it states that the foods will come with rice and peas. Ordered mac and cheese as it was under the section of menu. Food came and no rice and peas. Mac and cheese did not even look like Mac and cheese and was absolutely small. I called restaurant to let them know and I was told Mac and cheese is a side order. Technically Mac and cheese is not a side order plus there wasn’t even a ‘side order’ section. He refused to acknowledge the fact it was false advertisement and didn’t even send me the rice and peas.
