**'Twas the Friday Before Christmas – A Copper Tap Tale** 'Twas the Friday before Christmas, and all through the bar, Not a creature was stirring, no crowd near or far. We arrived in Peckham, a group strong at eight, To toast Sophie’s 30th – the hour was late. The Copper Tap seemed quiet, some might say dead, But we saw an opportunity dancing ahead. With Alice, our planner, who set the scene right, The place turned electric; oh, what a night! The barman named Christian, a legend, no less, Joined in our revelry, made the night a success. With Baby Guinness shots and the music we chose, We partied so hard that the energy rose. Sophie was glowing, her best night by far, Leading the singing like the birthday rock star. Our tunes filled the air, we danced without care, The Copper Tap turned into Peckham’s nightlife affair. At midnight, we begged, "Just one more hour, mate!” Offered Christian a grand to keep open the gate. But alas, he just laughed and said with a sigh, “The police would be knocking, and that’s no lie.” Discounts like students, but spirits like kings, The Copper Tap gave us all magical things. So raise up a glass to Sophie, to fun, And to Christian, the barman, a legend, bar none. If you’re ever in Peckham, go give it a shot, The Copper Tap’s waiting – it’s the best of the lot.

Ok, I've got to be honest. For some reason, from the outside, the pub looks a bit intimidating. But as soon as you walk through the doors you're greeted by lovely friendly staff, a really nice looking pub and a really lovely atmosphere. They often do comedy nights which I've heard are great fun, it seems that this pub is a really lovely little secret in our neighbourhood.

Copper Tap may just be the best pub I’ve ever been to in my many years in this world. Copious amounts of cute cocktails, full of the best cracking crowds. Wow, I can barely describe the fantastic atmosphere. Board games Beers Babes Thanks love you And beautiful vibes. 10/10 recommend to a friend or a acquaintance. Or even a stranger.

I’ve recently just moved to Peckham and this pub is fantastic! The bartenders are always a great chat & so are the regulars too! It’s got a cozy, saloon type of feeling when entering the bar with almost a sports bar feeling, which is great. It’s definitely a must go to pub when going to Peckham. Also, dog friendly which is perfect!

The only thing is the outside area needs something to make it more eye catching as the first few times I didn’t know it was a pub going past it, apart from that I would highly recommend The Copper Tap! 9/10 Experience. Will be...

Went there a year ago to watch the football and it was just me, two other men at the bar and a barman. The barman was projecting an illegal stream of the game (so it was a bit behind) and on top of that he was looking up the live score on his computer. He told me someone scored before I saw it.. very annoying. The two other customers were blokey racist and misogynistic to the women passing by. I feel like they're regulars. I didn't stay for the...
