Domino's Pizza - London - Morden — Restaurant in London

Ordered a Pizza and it MAY have Arrived on Time BUT at the WRONG address. The Driver rang me to say he was at the Security Office I said I am on my way Down. Being Disabled it takes time. O arrival at the Security Office I asked if they had seen the driver with a Pizza delivery. They Had not so I went to the Car Park and both the Delivery doors and the Disabled Entrance NO SIGN OF A DRIVER. So I made my way to the Front of the Building and NO SIGN. I made my way back to the Office on the 1st floor. My Mobile rang again. And there a very Excited Drive started to shout at me I said Stop shouting and listen. I HAVE BEEN DOWN TO THE SECURITY OFFICE THEY HAVE NOT SEEN YOU I MADE MY WAY TO THE OFFICE AT THE FRONT OF THE BUILDING YOU WAS NOT THERE I CHECK THE CAR PARK YOU WAS NOT THERE I AM DISABLED AND CAN NOT KEEP WALKING ROUND LOOKING FOR ANYMORE I AM BACK IN MY OFFICE NOW. I THEN PUT THE PHONE DOWN. about a minute later my office rang and it was Security he told me the Pizza guy was here. I said I was not able to Walk back downstairs again they offered to Walk it up to me. I stand No as it would now be Cold as would the chicken wings. I told him to Advise the Driver that due to him being of No use what so ever Both he and the Pizza could return to SENDER. I then tried to call the Store at Morden to 1 complain while trying to dial the number my Mobile went off as I was not Exspecting a call I started to Answer it but heard somebody shouting You Fcoking Ba yard I just cut the Phone off called the Store. The guy who answered first put me on hold then when I had told him what had happened he then said our driver went to the WRONG Address I said that is Not My fault then I said about the driver then ringing my mobile and shouting abuse down the Phone. They said they would send a fresh pizza by car I said No 1 I don't have the Ability to Walk up and stairs again.2 I don't have the time. He then as what can we do to make you happy I was by now so angry with it I said No leave it. Now that I have Calmed down Dominoes Morden you can as it was pre paid to a total of 20 pounds you can make my order again and Deliver it at 630pm tomorrow Evening that is the Full Order this time I want you to phone Before you Deliver it to the Security Office. Order arrived after 45 min and looked like It had been dropped, sent it back asking for it to be redone. 45 min later phoned to enquire where my order was. They said it was already on the road. 15 min later it arrived and no surprise it was cold so for a second time I sent it back. 30 min later they redelivered hallalua perfection. Obvious apologies and the excuse of it being busy. Sorry but that not an except able excuse for sloppy service and poor quality control. My next pizza was free so two days later tried again my pizza arrived obviously with a slice missing. I'm a customer of 20 years brand loyalty. I will never use domino's again. We ordered via phone and money came out of our bank we then waited an hour and decided to call them back they said the order did not go through and instead of saying that they will re order it they said that the money will be back in the bank 3-5 days.
