The worse customer service I've ever experienced.
1st problem was that it took them over two hours to deliver my order. After calling them 3 times.
2nd problem was when it finally arrived they forgot parts of my order and also delievered the incorrect items.
3rd problem was when i asked for a refund they wanted to deliever the missing items which i was not willing to wait another 2 hours for.
BUT HERES MY OVERALL JOKE Im located 10 mins away..it took them over 2 hours to deliver. But 10 minutes for the driver to go back to the shop get the missing item drive back and give me a refund (after telling the shop 5 times i no longer want the missing items)
I do not understand how it took them OVER TWO HOURS TO DELIVER THEN!!
4th problem was that they didn't even have the common courtesy to apologies! When it was the shops fault for the delay and not the driver!
(Food was ordered directly through their website)
Avoid wasting your time and money with these people.
Customer service = Terrible Time keeping = horrendous Common sense = lacking Food = cold, horrible and dry (they forgot to put sauce inside)
They are just a JOKE and dont deserve people money for them to...

Do not go here!!!!AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I ordered roosters on uber eats a few weeks ago and I got sent off chicken wings. I'm pretty sure they were re cooked as the wings had shrunk off the bone. The chicken smelt AND was dry. (I have pictures) I was so upset as I ate a couple wings before I realised as the extra hot wings I ordered were masked by the chilllieness so I didnt realise the off chicken and smell until I ate a few. I also have a newborn so was very scared of getting food poisoning as I'm up with her most of the night nursing. I usually order from.their tooting branch. And have rarely had a problem with them. But I will NEVER! BE ORDERING FROM THE MORDEN...

Wonderfully brilliant experience! I ordered first time and asked for a peri peri mixed platter. Normally takeaways don't amend platter items but they not only happily changed some items but also gave us extra large portions of chips. The quality of the food was amazing, the customer service was really understanding and delivery was well before time. They are not like those stingy takeaways who are not ready to change a tub of coleslaw for a portion of chips or anything equivalent to that in price and thus lose their customers.
