Domino's Pizza - London - Paddington — Restaurant in London

I visited the Domino's Pizza on Edgware Road late one evening around 11:30 PM after a corporate event. Despite having had a few drinks, I was clear about my order - a small pizza advertised for £7.99.

The experience quickly turned sour when I noticed discrepancies with the payment:

The staff member seemed uncomfortable when handling the card machine. When I asked to see the charge, I was shocked to find it was £12, not the advertised £7.99. Upon questioning the price difference, I was told it was "only for three toppings." When I inquired about the standard three toppings, the employee simply read out the same menu ingredients.

This pricing practice feels deceptive. The menu didn't clearly state that only certain toppings were included in the advertised price, nor did the staff explain this before processing the payment.

The lack of transparency and the dismissive attitude when questioned left a very poor impression. I would caution other customers to be wary of hidden charges and to double-check their bills at this location.

One star for the disappointing service and misleading pricing. I won't be returning to this Domino's and would advise others to be cautious if they choose...

The worst customer service i have experienced in a long time, shocking. I ordered to day 6 pizzas to st marys hospital for the nurses to say thank you for their hard work. During the order the staff member i spoke to was rude, aggressive and patronizing. He then told me to order online and hung up on me. Once i ordered, he then called me and passed the phone to another member who was just as rude to tell us that they will nt come up the lift to meet the nurses on the 8th floor. They proceeded to mock me and make fun of the fact that the nurses cant leave their post to come down. the delivery driver has to press a button in a lift where he will be greeted, i wonder how they deliver to peoples doors in apartment buildings.

Eventually i called to check on the status of the delivery and someone sounding a lot more mature answered and said coming up the elevator is fine. Such a nuisance for no reason.

Pizzas have arrived and have clearly been tampered with, WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN EVEN...

The manager of this establishment is atrociously rude! Horrible horrible customer service. When we called up to make the order he was not clear at all and within the first 15 seconds of the call he started to shout over the phone and instantly cut of when irritated. When we went down to the store for him to explain why we were spoken to like that he just said "I'm very busy so you need to be fast and you shouldn't be angry because your not a new customer" just because someone isn't a new customer it does not condone you raising your voice and speaking to them in such a rude manner as when we called he was definitely not able to tell if we were a new customer or not. Did not receive any kind of apology . Will never be going her e again and I would reccomend either. This is not the first dominos I have received this kind of blatant rude behaviour...
