My wife bought me a Sourdough Breadmaking course at East Sheen Microbakery for my birthday. It was a really enjoyable session. Not only did I learn how to confidently make sourdough, but Juli was great fun to be with. Her instructions were simple and the notes she left me with were comprehensive. A delicious lunch was provided and we had our bread and starter to take home. Highly recommended and, according to my wife, excellent value...

Attended a two-day Bread Angels course with Juli at East Sheen Microbakery. Juli is a very knowledgeable and patient teacher and a brilliant baker. The breads she made for the class were delicious! During the course Juli taught us how to make numerous breads using different techniques.They were some of the best breads I've made and were devoured by my family! Would definitely recommend a class at East Sheen...
