The food was incredibly disappointing. I ordered a Flaming Zinger burger without certain toppings, yet it arrived with them anyway. I let it slide, but the real letdown was the burger itself. Supposed to be a spicy fillet, it lacked any real heat—unlike at KFC, where the seasoning is visible in red tinges. Here, the only spice came from the added chili sauce and jalapeños.

To make matters worse, the burger was noticeably small, the fries were stone cold, and the food took 20 minutes to arrive after placing my order. As if that wasn’t bad enough, another customer even questioned the hygiene of one of the staff members after spotting something concerning. When I later checked the food hygiene rating, I wasn’t surprised—it was a shocking 1-star rating!

Horrible Experience: I visited this place for the first time, as it’s conveniently located near my workplace. I decided to try the Chicken Loaded Fries, which looked great in the display photos with a variety of veggie toppings like spring onions, tomatoes, chilies, and jalapenos. However, when my order arrived, it was nothing like what was shown. It was just cheese and fries with only 3 slices of jalapenos. The quality was disappointing and definitely didn’t meet my expectations. I ordered both takeaway and dine-in, and the meal fell short on both occasions. For £7.99, this felt like a total rip-off. Great place for a weight gain but not only that but you have a tv downstairs you can bring your children through lunch hours or after school, the atmosphere is so chill you get time to digest your food but not only that i come here eveey single day and the vibe i get is beautiful the very moment i enter i get smiles all round the staff are brilliant and they bring the food to you hot and fresh and you will notice 1 or 2 who are special that will go above and beyound for you if your order was misheard but thats if its really busy, a busy place means good food they accomodate your every need when it comes to good food especially as its based in a great cultural part of town.
