edit: even a day later, there was no refunded and we saw that Five Guys had actually accepted the payment and it didn’t bounce back as the manager had promised. we had to go through the bank to get a refund. again, do not recommend.
we used the self kiosk for two meals and after ordering, we realized that we had not gotten a number/receipt for the order which was strange but the amount had gone through our bank so we were super confused. the manager, natalya, had told us that a receipt had not gone through nor was our order in the system. the manager did not offer help at all, even after showing proof of our bank details in the app and notifications, and said that this was a similar “play” tactic that customers did. additionally, she said this happened OFTEN with the kiosk and that the money would come back in 2-3 hours which is incredibly inconvienent and unconvincing. she did not offer us any form of compensation or reprieve. it was basically like oh that sucks for you.

I have never had such delicious burgers at such an affordable price in my life. Although I had heard of Five Guys before, I had never tried it until now, and I regret not having done so sooner. The entire concept is incredibly well thought-out, from the peanuts to the vast selection of drinks. It's just a fun place to be.
I particularly enjoyed being able to choose my own toppings, and all of the ingredients were fresh and flavorful. It was a great experience for both adults and children alike.

Read moreWe visited this store and all was well, good service at the counter, however we did spill a drink and asked several times to be cleared but was ignored by the team member, I went to the duty manager and he shouted to the team member to clean it but still we were ignored, we moved tables and finished our meal and did a feed back with the above feedback, we had a response from their HO after a day or 2 but they had no recollection of the incident and no cctv and asked for further evidence, receipt, etc. Eventually got all the evidence they did reply almost 2 weeks on and said that they did find cctv but I was not at the table but at the drinks machine. So apart from being a liar I don't even know where I was in the store. Worst customer service I have had with any company!
