You don't joke with a customer whom you've never met before. Being polite and courteous goes a long way to forming an impression on your customers. I visited them twice (few days apart) just to make sure the gentleman wasn't having an 'off-day'. Unfortunately on the second day he was still quite sarcastic and that came across as quite rude. Read moreThe lady serving was nice. But food was bad. Then didn't realise till I checked that I'd been overcharged by quite a bit. Too far away to go back and argue it as we were heading back home. We had 2 omelette meals, 2 soft drinks and 1 kids meal to share, yet I was charged £30.60 ?! And I remember the prices on the menu. The omelettes were ok but small amount of salad that was browning. The kids meal, was ok but we had ordered an extra sausage and that was over cooked and tasted horrible so I didn't let the kids have it. And that was apparently taken off the final bill. If you really do not have any cash with you and cannot do any cash withdrawal, then they will accept card instead. In this case, you must double check the price before you pay the bill since they overcharged you and claimed it’s because they offer you with better quality foods which are not on the menu and didn’t even mention before/after the meal.
