From the moment I stepped into the London Excel Starbucks, I knew I was in for an extraordinary experience. The ambience was a harmonious blend of sophistication and relaxation, with the aroma of freshly brewed coffee enveloping me as I entered. But what truly elevated my visit to celestial heights were the lovely baristas, Amber and Ashley.
The moment I approached the counter, Amber greeted me with a warm and radiant smile that instantly made me feel at home. Her vivacious energy was infectious, and she engaged me in a delightful conversation about their latest seasonal offerings. With her expert guidance, I chose the Sumatra Single-Origin Reserve coffee, which she brewed to absolute perfection.
Ashley, who was responsible for crafting the exquisite beverages, was nothing short of a coffee connoisseur. She prepared my drink with the utmost care and precision, showcasing her passion for creating the perfect cup. As she handed it over, she shared insightful tips on how to best savour the rich, bold flavours of my chosen coffee. Her attention to detail and enthusiasm for her craft was truly inspiring.
Both Amber and Ashley went above and beyond to make my experience at this Starbucks one I won't soon forget. Their exceptional customer service and genuine passion for their work was a testament to the Starbucks brand. The positive energy they exuded was truly contagious, leaving me refreshed, rejuvenated, and excited to return for my next caffeine fix.
To anyone visiting London Excel, I cannot recommend this Starbucks highly enough. Do yourself a favour and stop by for an unparalleled coffee experience, and make sure you say hello to the dynamic duo of Amber and Ashley. These two gems are sure to leave an indelible mark on your heart and brighten your day, one...
Read moreAs we were leaving an event at Excel on Easter Monday, there was a sudden and extremely heavy hailstone shower and even though people were under a canopy, they were still exposed to the storm. All of a sudden, a member of staff from a nearby Starbucks came out and offered all passers by shelter in the shop until the storm had passed. We took advantage of her kind offer, which I was very impressed with and commented so at the time. The hailstone shower was prolonged so we decided to get a drink whilst we waited. Service at the till was very efficient and Sai was very patient as my family took turns to go up and order. Despite being busy in there, it didn't take long for our drinks to be made. The staff member who offered us refuge was Ashley, the store manager, who worked quickly and lead her team by example in an efficient but fun and pleasant atmosphere. Ashley even remembered my name from when she had served me with my coffee, as she thanked us when we left the shop. I'm a regular Starbucks customer but this was my first visit to this shop and I was very impressed, especially by how well Ashley went above and beyond to look after her customers and by how well she lead her team. Next time I visit Excel, I'll be sure to visit that...
Read moreThe place and staff are not child friendly. I went there with my friend and our two nearly two year olds. The kids were going around and trying to reach and take things from the shelves and we informed the staff that we will rearrange slightly and put everything back in place later so they don’t break anything. However, we were made to feel soo unwelcome by a the girl there coming and arranging everything back although we informed we will do it before we leave. She also had very angry expression on her face as she was making her point by arranging the bits on the shelves. We just didn’t want the kids to break anything, that’s all. She also was scoffing behind the counter and saying some something while serving other customers. I did not hear it but she could have come speak to us calmly not making us feel like we should leave in front of everyone there. The staff attitude is below...
