Usually once a month I do have my lunch at gdk Holborn , GDK service is getting more worse with time with portion sizes and service Today I had OG kebab, the donor inside the completely cold I did asked them why they give me cold donor reply was because of salad the donor got cold it’s the most ridiculous excuse I had ever imagined , I am in QSR business for a while we use salad as well but make sure chicken or meat everything that is prepared is fresh and hot
Now there served me new donor which is warm and hot after argument. But imagine keeping donor meat in some sort of pot which do get cold and then serve it to customer is unacceptable. Probably head office of GDK is getting like pepes piri who also charge ridiculous payment from franchisees and franchisees had to cut corners of portion sizes and service to reduce wastage they serve cold food items...

Absolutely little to no hygiene standards - everything I saw was off putting and disgusting.
Employees treat food with no gloves, hairnets, or arm coverings. I could see staff playing with their phones and touching other personal belongings and then immediately attend to my order without even sanitizing their hands first or taking any food safety precautions.
The doner itself was fit with freshly carved slices and (embarrassingly) slops of meat that were already at the bottom of the skewer and not specifically sliced for my order.

The food lacked flavor, with an overwhelming amount of spice and salt, making it difficult to enjoy. The fries were mixed with reheated old staled ones, and the bread’s quality had noticeably declined.
