Please read my update at the end worse than other GDK's. I usually go to twickenham GDK and whenever i go there i always leave satisfied. I always get a doner box and at twickenham its served hot and steamy and its filled right to the top to the point where some of the food falls out. Thats the experience i expect from a GDK. But when i went to hounslow GDK, the the doner box i got was served cold/room temp and it wasnt even filled to the fill mark. it was only like 3/4 full. This isnt the GDK experience i know and i hope they fix the underfilled portions and room temp food. For the meantime i recommend my friends and all of you to just go to another GDK until hounslow GDK fix these problems (as of 5/8/22.) I will update if they fix these problems but until then i rate GDK hounslow 1 star.
Update: I just went again to see if they have improved. they haven't. they're even worse. this time i was served RAW MEAT!!!! the chicken was still pink. And a few hours after the meal, i started getting a bad stomach ache. Would give 0 stars...
Read moreOrdered a Beef Kebab to be delivered by Uber Eats who delivered the food promptly. However the order was completely wrong (no spicy sauce, red cabbage not removed, etc etc). Phoned up and the Manager refused to own the mistake, trying to say I should take it up with Uber Eats (Why, when it was GDK's fault??). When I said I'd leave a one star review for poor service if the matter wasn't sorted he said he'd hang up on me for making threats!! What threats?? In the end I phoned Uber Eats and got a full refund from them, but no resolution from GDK. My advice: Don't order food from here! 😡
PS The reply given by the manager below is far from the truth. Not only was the cabbage not taken out but all the sauces were missing despite me having paid 50p extra for the spicy sauce. I did NOT ask him for a refund but I asked him to arrange for me to be sent a replacement meal. This he refused to do which was why I ended up having to get a refund from Uber Eats. So lies as well as bad service from GDK...

The taste and overall quality is exceptional. Here are some of my recommendations to further improve customer service:- The order/takeaways status screen should be facing the main door (ideally to the right of the main display screen layout and facing customers as they enter/order). I understand that there is a space constraint but try to accommodate it. This will reduce confusion among customers and save time. The self-service order menu screen needs to be simplified. At present it appears intimidating as compared to competitors. Remove redundant items, use white/light coloured background…similar to McDonald’s, Taco Bell, etc. Simpler order menu faster checkout more customer...
