KOKORO Hounslow — Restaurant in London

You know when people post a review sometimes it's negative axe grinding. I try to be positive so I can promote good service, but I've just had an experience with a Deliveroo drop off which was fine until I started to eat my order. It was a KOKORO meal of spicy pork, which when I opened the SMALL tub, (you always get that, when ordering remotely) I was surprised by the 85% rice configuration. You always hope for a 50/50 make up of rice and the other component, but what this mob at Hounslow did to me was like having a large, carbonated drink cup made up of mostly ICE. You know, the " less is more " practice that some restaurants have as policy. If you're doing this to your loyal customers, then that loyalty will evaporate very quickly making the Hounslow operation go from profit to loss as customer's turn away to other food outlets in that area who offer better value for money in these hard times.

Very bad customer service in Houslow high street London. I was hungry so thought to go to kokoro as I love their spicy tofu, when I asked the lady who was working there she said we don’t have enough spicy tofu and asked me to put fried tofu inside the box and I was agreed but she didn’t mentioned that u will have to pay extra .. when I was about to pay via card machine I noticed that she charged me extra and when I asked the reason she start arguing with me in front of another customers I felt so ashamed and I paid quickly and came outside and I start cry because she insulted me. She was so arrogant and very rude lady.. if u have some policy like food is running low than u should have asked from ur customers that can we mix and match but with extra charges and than it’s customers choice if they want or no .. I will never ever recommend anyone go to Hounslow branch Very bad experience and...
