Mooboo Hounslow- The Best Bubble Tea — Restaurant in London

I recently visited Mo0boo Tea and was absolutely blown away by the experience. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm from the staff. Their dedication to providing excellent service was evident throughout my visit.

The menu boasted an impressive variety of bubble tea flavours, each more tempting than the last. After much deliberation, I settled on their signature taro milk tea with boba, and I was not disappointed. The tea was perfectly brewed, and the boba had just the right amount of chewiness. It was evident that only the finest ingredients were used in crafting their beverages.

What truly set this bubble tea shop apart, however, was its staff. Not only were they incredibly friendly and attentive, but they also went above and beyond to ensure that every customer had a memorable experience. They patiently answered all my questions about the menu and even offered recommendations based on my preferences. Their passion for their craft and dedication to customer satisfaction were truly commendable.

Overall, my visit to Mooboo was nothing short of exceptional. With its excellent service, delicious drinks, and amazing staff, it has undoubtedly become my go-to spot for bubble tea. I cannot recommend it highly enough to anyone looking for a delightful and refreshing...

My girls really enjoy mooboo, being a regular customer, I went this evening just before it was closing. Once I received my drink, it fell on the floor and smashed. I picked it up and placed it on their counter and the man said you can't put it here! I said what do you want me to do then? He said there's a bin behind you. I said ok, I spilt more accross the floor and threw it in the bin. There was no courtesy at all for me, I wasn't offered anything else, i stood in the line again to repurchase or even get offered anything if the man felt he could have, instead he said you cant buy tapioca because it's finished and I only have a little bit left. Instead of offering me anything, I just said I'll leave it and left without a drink. I am Very disappointed and I don't think I'm returning to Hounslow Mooboo as the staff are a bit...

BEWARE OF THE SCAMMERS WORKING HERE! My sister went to get a drink, she paid for the drink with a 20 pound note (the drink cost around 5 pounds something) but somehow she had only been given back a 5 pound note!! And she had only realised once she had got back home. I have had to go back to the shop with her to the shop and ask for the correct change. The man behind the counter (the same man who served my sister) looked incredibly guilty as he had just been caught scamming a child. He accused her of dropping the 10 pound note but then willingly gave it over (what is incredibly weird as they would need to cash up at the end of the day if they hadn’t knowingly made a mistake and taken the money) DO NOT ALLOW YOUR CHILDREN/ FAMILY HERE AND MAKE SURE YOU COUNT YOUR CHANGE AS THE WORKERS ARE SCAMMERS AND TAKE MONEY...
