The food is very good here and the portions are big. But sadly it is not enough for customers to leave this restaurant happy. Staff is rude and that made the experience just not what You expect when You come into a restaurant. The main waiter (older guy) is spinning around like a bee and looks crazy stressed although has just a few tables. When we came in he immediately told us to wait outside and did not let us come in because some other ladies were waiting as well. Now I understand that they were there first, but the waiter could have said “hello, please wait a moment” or something like that. Then when we came in we didn’t really understand were to sit because he ran away again. When we got to the table he brought the menu and left. After, we ordered drinks and food. I ordered coke for myself and I saw when other waiter took already opened 0,5 l coke bottle and poured it in a glass for me. When the waiter brought pasta to my boyfriend he was sprinkling parmesan cheese not even looking at us or the plate. We joked that it’s good he didn’t sprinkled the cheese on my boyfriends head. As I said food was delicious. But when eating I was observing everything that was happening in the restaurant. Since I am a waitress myself at a fine dining restaurant and I study hospitality management it’s always interesting for me to watch how other restaurants are working. Younger waiter by the bar was drinking water. The older one was always running around like crazy, chewing gum. He even knocked up a sign when opening the door for guests. When we were eating he didn’t check if we are happy with the food or if we need something else. Both of the waiters were never smiling or being friendly and kind. But they were always yelling and talking very loudly, even louder than some tables. Also, these guys do not really know how to carry glasses or put cuttlery on the table. They do this without no trays and very loudly almost throwing things on surfaces. I don’t really understood this stressfull service because the restaurant was for sure not busy. The thing I was not happy about is not even that, but the feeling that you are not welcome and no kindness or friendliness from the staff. It’s not hard to smile or say ‘hello’ or ask if we are happy and how’s the food. I met much better waiters and waitresses in mcdonald’s or five guys. Staff and managers of this restaurant need to understand that good food is not enough to have a successfull restaurant that people would want to come back to. I am, for sure, not coming back there to eat.

We visited IL Bianco on a wet Friday evening for dinner. We had a 7pm reservation and were warmly greeted by Jorge and given a choice of tables as it was not busy. The restaurant is nicely situated and the tables well spaced in line with Covid guidelines. After reviewing the menu and at the suggestion of Jorge we ordered a Tequila and lime based based cocktail which was delivered promptly and was very refreshing. For our Antipasti we ordered the Funghi Trifolati(Garlic Mushrooms) and the Zucchini. These dishes were very tasty and plentiful. For our main courses we ordered the Crab Ravioli, the Grande Misto Alla Griglia (Mixed Grill Fish) and the Spiedino Di Gamberoni E Capesante (Marinated King Prawns, Scallops in a Garlic and Lemon sauce with rice). The Crab Ravioli was quite good with a very tasty sauce. The mixed fish grill was also good although the mussels were quite small but numerous, there were 4 types of fish along with scallops, squid and prawns. The dressing was flavoursome and Ideal with the fish. The mixed grill was also accompanied with a dish of mixed vegetables (Al Dente) and potatoes which were very good. The Capesante was quite good especially the garlic and lemon sauce although some of the seafood components could have been better. All in all we enjoyed all the dishes which were also fairly large sized portions. To accompany our meal we choose a very nice Gavi Di Gavi, La Scolca(Black label) which has a wonderful bouquet somewhat reminiscent of strawberries. We also enjoyed a bottle of the Gavi Di Gavi Merlina (Blue label). We decided to forgo the desserts having eaten our fill. Throughout the meal Jorge was very helpful friendly and attentive and moved us to a larger table for our convenience. We were later joined by friends at our table. We stayed until closing time(10pm). The whole meal was not too expensive considering that the two bottles of wine were over £100. The staff were all very friendly and we shall certainly return to IL Bianco to sample their Pizzas, Pasta's and the meat dishes on their menu. A very good location for a meal with family or friends.

I eat here on a regular basis and felt the need to share the beautiful food I’ve had here. What you see is the lobster ravioli, grilled sea bass, grilled sardines, oysters and grilled mixed sea food platter. On both occasions I’ve eaten here the food has been plentiful, flavoursome and always greeted with excellent service. You won’t leave the restaurant hungry and for those that live locally that haven’t eaten here I highly recommend you ordering via their delivery service! What you get in the restaurant is exactly what you’ll receive at home! The lobster ravioli is absolutely divine with generous amount of lobster filled in the ravioli with a gorgeous sauce which doesn’t overpower the taste of the lobster. The grilled sea bass is delicious and the meat on the fish plentiful! The grilled mixed sea food platter is something else! You get enough food for two on one plate and everything just tastes divine! A side plate of veggies accompanies the seafood, but I find it too much food for my small stomach! The grilled sardines, you can taste, are fresh and packed with flavour! Thank you Il Bianco for serving such amazing food!!

Everything about the place was terrible. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the waiter who gave us a table (no indication of it being reserved) but then the manager rudely interrupted him and shouted at him and told us the table was reserved so took us to another one. Fair enough. Bare in mind there were only about 4 other people in the restaurant. We sat down and began to order. I ordered along with my girlfriend and her mate, but her mates boyfriend was still deciding and was told by the managed he needed to make a decision now otherwise he can't put the order through, after that comment he did not order anything. We waited about 30 minutes and had to ask one of the waiters where our food was to then receive the starters. We finished the starters and waited about another 30mins and again had to ask where our mains were when we were rudely told to "wait". We finally ate the mains and asked for the bill. We were not happy so decided not to pay the service charge. When I told the manager that he questioned me 'why?' In a rude manner so I told him I wasn't happy with the service. He then went to the counter, got a calculator and threw it on the table and told me to calculate the bill without service charge. This enraged me and the group I was with, so I told him I'm Happy to pay as long as I don't pay the service charge. As my girlfriends mate was paying he told us to never come back to the restaurant again. This made me even more angry and I gave him one last chance to apologise for his attitude otherwise I'm not paying at all. He continued to be rude and said he had worked there for 10 years and we were the first customers to be unsatisfied (which I highly doubted lol.) But this sent me over the edge and we decided to go as I was not about to be spoken to Rudely whilst paying money for terrible service. As we were leaving he tried to stop us and grab my girlfriend but we threatened to call police and left the restaurant. Overall it was absolutely dreadful, the manager was extremely rude and I will never recommend this place to anyone. The food was standard and not...
