itsu - Cannon St — Restaurant in London

Ordered three items from the kiosk for takeaway. The server give me one item. I said I ordered two more items. He then shows me How to do it with scanning but I already paid for it. So did I need the lesson? When. I picked up the chicken teriyaki, I asked if it were hot. He said yes. Get home It’s cold. No microwave so no way to eat it as it don’t want to get sick in case it’s not thoroughly cooked. My udon soup was ok. What would Be nice is to have take away sausages or containers for sauces as each meal was bland....

Really friendly staff, it’s nice to see itsu putting calories on their boxes now, but the quality of the sushi itself keeps declining, grabbed lunch from here first time in a few months today and sorry to say it doesn’t even taste like sushi to anymore, just white rice with raw fish, I know its cheap but for what it was I don’t think I’ll even want to pay £5 anymore. Clean outside of the restaurant. Inside was tidy. Restaurant is well laid out. Ordering is simple self serve - quite easy to use. There wasn't much engagement with the lady behind the till and we had to ask about some of our order as we were not advised what to do.
