Where to start... The staff were obnoxiously loud, yelling like a bunch of drunken losers on a bachelor party. The music was so loud that the guy heard me say the wrong thing and when I tried to tell him to correct it he just said "That'll be 13 pounds" so I ended up with something I didn't want. The entire street was disturbed by the level of noise. If I made this kind of noise in my house, my neighbours would call the council. Also whoever hired these turkeys is most likely discriminatory. Everytime i've walked into one of your stores, I am met with a sea of white men with blue eyes, all about the same height and build (with the occasional skinny blonde woman). Sort it out. Unpleasant and unwelcoming I walked in with a BIG smile (New year an' all) and said hello, and got a rude "Just a second!" from a young/pretty but sulking Japanese-looking woman. I said hello again (deliberately) and she never raised her head to make eye contact, continued ignoring me while pulling a long and sour face. I waited another 4-5 minutes (!) and a young man came from the back to help me. Sandwiches were pretty average (warm bread and cold filling, anyone a fan?). Music was so loud I had to shout to be heard. Overall, the Primrose Hill branch needs a management review of its staff and performance. Not going back to that one, the offer is so vast on Regent's Park road and competition...

On Wednesday 5th Aug 2020, I came to the Regents park branch to get a shake and a juice having in mind to use the Eat out to help out discount. I was served at the till and I proceeded with my order at the till and was totally unaware that I needed to order off the app to be able to get the 50% off. I turned around and looked at a sign on the window then realised I have to order off the app So I asked her to cancel my order so I can order off the app in order to get the discount WHICH she refused to do so. Erm why ? And What kind of customer service is this???? It takes 20 seconds to cancel an order... I will not be taking my custom here nomore that...
