Customer service is appalling from this shop!

I ordered a master burger and noticed that the outside of the buns were all burnt and very crispy and asked for the buns to be replaced.

The 2 staff members started arguing over this saying this is how the buns come out after being toasted however the bun on the outside was visibly black and crispy due to it being burnt.

I asked them to replace the bun and toast it but not burn the buns like they did last time, they went back in the kitchen behind and didnt even toast the bun and just gave me the bruger like this without toasting it. When serving back the order I noticed what they did and they started laughing.

Disgusting behaviour!!!

The buns were cold and soft and i was unable to eat the burger due to the burger all falling apart.

Staff members were very rude and the new employee i assume it was lacks professionalism...

I ordered my food I asked for a breast of peri peri chicken chips and rice and that clearly was a huge problem. Another man said its fine to have a breast of chicken but id have to wait. I waited 25 mins when the food was ready for me to collect from the counter love and behold they DIDNT put a breast like I asked for than than said I have to wait again as hes got other customers to serve. I replied thats not my problem he than shruged his shoulders and waked off saying 6 min wait. I waited and waited another 20 minutes went by I than walked out even knowing I paid for my order. The man was extremely rude and to top it off the leg chicken was infact cold inside which this could cause food poisoning to someone, as we all know how important it is to heat chicken very well and evenly though out. They really dont care about there customers or the service...

Iv been going to different chicken shops for years now and not liked it but when i came to this place with my fiancé it was amazing. the hot wings were juicy and bang on,the burger was to die for had actual flavour to it and the rice and chips are a defo thing i’d go for on a daily. ended up going for a second meal to try something else to see if it was real what i was tasting and i was correct it was really good 🩷 i will be defiantly be coming back and my fiancé to and would defo recommend and the lady who was at the till on 26/10/23 at 3pm i would honestly love to praise her she is so sweet and kind and gave us best experience. also the vimpto drink i had i went back 3 times for more it was that nice. 10/10!!!!! And staff are so respectful and even when busy the place is still full of kindness and respect and...
