KFC London - Southampton Row — Restaurant in London

AVOID Regular buyer at this KFC branch because despite costumer service never being amazing the food and chicken itself was fresh and well made, today I was very disappointed was in a rush and wanted to get a quick take away and head out I was one of the first ones there and only ordered a party bucket and nothing else I was treated like I wasn’t there at all went back and forth from till area to a seat then till again my order number was ready to collect after about 20 minutes however in reality this wasn’t the case delivery driver’s would walk in get the order made for them and walk of this happened three times I let it slide once or twice then informed them that it’s now been nearly 40 minutes that I’m patiently waiting despite being one of the first and my order having appeared as ready to collect 20 minutes ago I was given a short reply of the chicken isn’t ready I could see it was but they were prioritising delivery buckets and people with smaller buckets that’s why there was none left for me despite me ordering before the others and the system saying mine was ready ages before I ended up waiting 1 hour, for one hour for a party bucket the chicken didn’t disappoint in the end but costumer service and communication skills...

I got great customer service at this place. One thing that really p*ssed me off though was one of the workers that was working there. It was an asian guy with glasses who was having a lot of trouble when all I wanted to order was a bargain bucket and a boneless banquet. I said that I wanted a boneless banquet with "corn on the cob" as the selected side. He then ends up ordering just a plain corn on the cob and no boneless banquet. It took so long just to tell him to order those two things and it got me so frustrated. I understand he was new to working there so I didn't want to shout at him because I know what that can be like. I then got my order and go back home to see that I got a 10 piece bargain bucket that had no chips at all! Now I was so angry that I called them and told them. The customer service after this was actually good because I was greeted by a nicer gentleman when I went back who ended up giving complementary food on top. I would of gave 5 stars if it wasn't for that first guy I had to deal with. If you go there try to avoid going to any newbies that work there.

I didn't seen a horrible place like before. Anyway my personal opinion about this shop is really bad. Two or three stealing incidents will definitely happening here in a week. Before two days my things stollen by someone. And one main thing... wherever I see the woman who stole this, I will be able to recognize her. She looks white, medium height, acting like a poor person, so this actor will come and ask us if we have any money to help her. At that time, a paper will be hidden by her, through which things will be beaten. Anyway, if the actor mentioned here is seeing this, I'll give you a free piece of advice - stop your job of stealing the valuables things of the rest of the people, and try to get another job and make a living. However, when I complained about this to the manager at the store, they dismissed it as a very trivial matter.Sorry to tell this but I don't know if anyone in that shop itself has been a part of this because the manager had told me very casually that this same thing had happened there before and its usual.
