Has to applaud customer service from very gentle,polite and friendly Mohammad and Heenan.Mohammad was so hospitable and kind as always.Very accommodating service,thumbs up for sure.They are very hospitable and friendly both of them.Customer service makes a massive difference and they are always professional and polite.Must mention Jessica who is always on spot and keenly and passionately follows instructions.Infact she has been the best of the lot in terms of serving the best hot tea and always been up to the mark with quantity and quality both. Yesterday on Monday 08/07 tea was very low quality. I mean it was more watery than milky but today Tuesday at 09/07 was as good as it has mostly been.Milky,creamy and strong so yesterday tea maker can learn from today's one on Tuesday. Today it was fantastic but yesterday afternoon and evening was fairly ordinary tbh.So I hope they maintain their standards like today. Well of late a little disappointed with chai taste as the normal karak chae has far more sugar for my liking..The whole of last week or 2 it has been very sugary so would suggest the chai maker to please use 5 to 6 percent less quantity of sugar in whole tea drum as without sugar is not any good either.So if they can go back to 2 weeks or so they will know where they may have gone wrong with quantity of sugar.Little too sweet really. The best Karak chai by far amongst different Chaiwala branches.Amazing,Keep it up please.No match of karak tea with this branch simple nope. Mansoor is helpful and very hospitable.Other new ladies are also very smiling and hospitable. Old Reviews Colour of Pink tea is not that good.It is orangeish and not dark pink how it is supposed to be so disappointed there.It tastes too sweet so they need to cook it more. Customer service needs to improve as they don't entertain many orders over phone as they are usually very busy and your call is mostly in queue for more than 10 minutes,they can have a seperate operator for that.
