KFC Shepherds Bush - Uxbridge Road — Restaurant in London

On my mummy's life this was the worst KFC in my life!!! My friends and I wanted to order food, my friends ordered from the card machines whereas I was waiting in the cashier where I could pay cash. However after 5 minutes my friends already finished ordering and I was waiting in a line with only 3 people, after 20 minutes it went down to 2 people, after 30 minutes my friends finally got their food. After 40 minutes I was still waiting in the 2 person line. I was WAITING and bare in mind I had a stressful day AND a curfew, so I was waiting to the point I was crying, I don't care if i look like those weird people but how do u expect a fast food to take over my evening! I started shouting at the workers as they were aware I was around, not enough staff and horrible service experience. There is one particular rude woman in that KFC store called Margaret, who wears black glasses. Her attitude is disgusting, she has no respect at all and shouldn’t be working in customer service. I was trying to tell her the piece of chicken I wanted she didn’t even listen to me and she had her back turned whilst I was talking to her and didn’t even look at me. I had to repeat myself again to her then she responded quite rudely saying “she knows and I don’t need to tell her. Only for me to reach home and to find out she didn’t even give me the chicken pieces I wanted. That woman isn’t even fit to be working in customer service job. You can tell she clearly isn’t happy with her job and when you’re not happy you should just leave. I came here with my partner and ordered zinger drip burger meal it was £8.49 each the presentation of the food was not amazing or great at all and we was the only customers in here as well, what can I say about the food the Zinger Drip Burger was ok nothing really special at all with it it’s a 3/5, I think the zinger Burger meal normal is better, The chips was nice and hot and crispy I don’t know if they use the own in house sauce for the chips or Peri Peri sauce but what ever it was it hit had and was amazing flavour I give it 5/5, The drink I got a Pepsi Max it was rubbish the drink was room temperature I asked for no ice but it should still be could I did not get it or like it maybe it’s a way to make customers ask for ice so you have less drink?
