KFC — Restaurant in London

Worst experience till date. My order number was 3057 I have always had good food at KFC but today’s service was pathetic. I received cold food both fries and the burger was cold. When i asked the staff why my fries are cold and taste like boiled potatoes and not fried and crispy! I am shocked to listen what staff had told me, “We have thick fries and McDonalds make thin fries that is why they have crispy fries and we don’t, Since when did KFC stopped frying the fries?? Instead of the checking on fries she started giving reference to other brands and how they are not capable of making good food like McDonalds?? The same happened with burger and my whole meal was cold i was sitting right infront and not even a single minute late to collect my order which can be checked in cameras and i took to the staff and made her feel the burger how cold was it, When i asked her to replace she put that in the microwave and warmed it up. I am i here to have frozen food which is microwaved and not freshly cooked. Since when KFC has stopped its quality check on foods and letting the staff do the pathetic service in the branch of Hounslow I AM DEEPLY...

One of the most unprofessional and rudest people I have ever met. The customer service was extremely poor. Their team leader on a Saturday evening even more unprofessional then the other employees. Wound not recommended. She refused to give me.the managers name. The other emoployes tried to justify their behaviour and kept referring to to website complaints system. I asked 5 times for the stores managers name and working hours but they were so rude and arrogant and kept asking me to complain online. I am fully aware of how the online system works. Its useless hence why I wanted to speak to the store manager. They cannot refuse to give a customer the name and working hours of the store manager but they did. This is the second time they have discriminated against me. I have witness the staff treat others the same way. Something needs to be done about the hounslow...

Ordered for takeaway at 11:30am 8/7/2023. My number was called by a young girl who didn’t even say thanks or crack a smile. I asked for a bag with a handle as I was travelling by bus with the food. She said I don’t have any so I proceeded to fill my drink at drink machine. Then I thought I’d ask if I could have a bigger paper bag to put my overloaded little bag in. She literally side eyed me, rolled her eyes and gave me the bag. Again no smile, no communication and if looks could kill I would have wasted £13 on food that I could no longer eat as I would have dropped dead there and then.
