Review for L’eto Soho Wardour Street

My recent lunch at L’eto Soho Wardour Street was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment my wife and I arrived, the atmosphere felt welcoming and refined, setting the stage for a memorable dining experience. Linda and Maria took care of us with remarkable warmth and attentiveness, ensuring we had everything we needed at every stage of our meal.

We decided to try the Prawn Linguine and the Italian Breakfast, both of which far exceeded our expectations in terms of flavour, freshness, and presentation. The dishes were beautifully plated and cooked to perfection, reflecting the care and expertise the kitchen team brings to each meal. Although the Lavender Matcha is no longer on the menu, Prynar went above and beyond by arranging it for us to accompany our desserts. This thoughtful gesture truly exemplified how dedicated and flexible the staff can be when it comes to meeting customers’ preferences.

What stood out most, however, was the exceptional level of service. Linda, Maria, and Prynar worked seamlessly to create a dining experience that felt both personalised and special. They are the very definition of what L’eto’s standard of service should be: friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile.

I should note that this visit to L’eto Soho Wardour Street was in stark contrast to a previous negative experience I had at the Long Acre branch. After speaking with the Soho manager about the issues I encountered there, I felt a genuine sense of concern and an apology that reinforced my belief in L’eto’s overall commitment to excellent hospitality. Thanks to the wonderful staff here, I’ve already recommended this particular branch to friends and family—some of whom are planning to visit for Mother’s Day.

In summary, if you’re looking for a place that offers delicious dishes, warm hospitality, and a genuine desire to please its guests, L’eto Soho Wardour Street is the place to go. The service Linda, Maria, and Prynar provided was the epitome of top-notch customer care, and it’s the reason I will definitely return for another...

Leto Caffe in Soho, London, is a delightful oasis for coffee enthusiasts and foodies alike. With its charming ambiance, attentive staff, and exquisite menu, it's a standout spot in the heart of this bustling neighborhood.

The first thing that strikes you is the cafe's inviting atmosphere. Warm lighting, comfortable seating, and tasteful decor create a cozy yet modern space. It's perfect for a relaxed coffee catch-up or a casual work session.

Speaking of coffee, Leto Caffe takes their brew seriously. Their baristas are true artisans, crafting espresso-based drinks with precision. Whether you prefer a silky flat white, a bold Americano, or a creamy latte, you won't be disappointed. They also offer alternative milk options for those with dietary preferences.

The food menu at Leto Caffe is a real standout. Breakfast and brunch options are available all day, making it an ideal spot for early birds and late risers alike. Their avocado toast is a must-try, with perfectly ripe avocados on artisanal bread. For those craving something heartier, the brunch bowls are a treat, packed with fresh ingredients and bursting with flavor.

If you're in the mood for something sweet, don't miss their pastries and cakes. The croissants are flaky and buttery, while the cakes are a true indulgence. Pair your dessert with one of their specialty teas or a handcrafted cocktail if you're looking to unwind in the evening.

Service at Leto Caffe is top-notch. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to offer recommendations or customize your order. Whether you're a regular or a first-time visitor, you'll feel like a valued guest.

The only minor drawback is the cafe's popularity, which can lead to crowded moments during peak hours. However, it's a testament to Leto Caffe's quality and charm. If you prefer a quieter experience, visit during off-peak times.

In conclusion, Leto Caffe in Soho is a hidden gem that combines exceptional coffee, delectable food, and a welcoming atmosphere. It's a must-visit for anyone seeking a memorable cafe experience in London's vibrant...

The food cannot be faulted, both of our deserts were beautiful however, the quality of service is poor especially for the price.

We were seated on what can only be described as the most tightly packed arrangement of tables next to another full table even though half the restaurant was empty.

On top of this we ordered two deserts and two bottles of pop. This very simple order took around 12 minutes to reach our table, this issue was exacerbated by the fact that a table who was seated around 7 minutes into our wait was served almost immediately and received their desserts and drinks within 2 minutes of ordering. For some reason staff seemed to be doing everything but plating orders with one girl plating one dessert and then deciding to give up and start doing other things that did not seem important at all.

All credits due to the American gentleman who seemed to be handling everything and noticed no orders were going out.

No one explained when we wanted to pay we had to go up and pay ourselves which would have been a nice heads up. To end the whole experience we were greeted with a £4 service charge, if given the chance we would have removed this from the bill however as the American gentleman was rushing around doing everything we did not have a chance to ask for it taken off before the card machine was placed in-front of us.

As a hospitality worker I can not fathom how it took so long for things to reach the table and why staff seemed to be giving up jobs mid way through. It seemed to me like a fairly quiet day with most people already eating when we walked in. If you are charging almost £10 for a dessert you have to ensure that service is up to scratch ESPECIALLY if there is an automatic service charge...

We have so many times admired the amazing cake display at L'Eto. And today we finally decided to visit L'eto in Wardour Street for cake and coffee. Just one table was busy when we arrived. We were swiftly shown a table and presented the menus. We ordered our cakes and coffee, which was reasonable swiftly delivered to the table. My Napoleon cake was quite good, but when I cut the third mouthful from the slice in front of me, a used, flattened cigarette butt appeared from underneath the cake. I called the waiter, who just took the plate and disappeared. After a while another person returned with my plate and asked what was wrong. I showed him the cigarette butt and said this was under the cake. He responded "I find that very difficult to believe." I asked if he believed I had placed it there, and after some argument, he just asked if I wanted another piece of cake - something I said No thanks to. There was no apologies. So then we were just sitting there. After a while my friend approached a waiter and asked if the manager would come or if anything would happen. He responded that we had already spoken to the manager - so that was obviously the person indirectly insinuating I have placed the cigarette butt there. The waiter went to get the manager again. He came over and just said "I have taken it off the bill - it is all on the house." Again, no apologies - nothing to make good again. So we then just left the place. Please stay away from this place - their food hygiene must be terrible. The display in the window looks amazing, but who knows what is hidden under or inside the cakes.......
