I absolutely loved my experience at LEON in Hammersmith! They offer a variety of healthy food options, and the service from the staff is fantastic. The team is incredibly nice and polite.

I've tried many dishes, including the Peanut Satay Chicken Rice Box, Thai Green Chicken Curry Rice Box, Brazilian Black Bean Rice Box, BBQ Chicken Rice Pot, and Chargrilled Chicken Burger. I also enjoyed the LEON Fries and my favourite drink, the Vanilla Matcha Latte. The Peanut Satay Chicken Rice Box is my top pick! Every dish tastes amazing and is presented fresh and clean.

The staff are all super lovely, friendly, and some of the nicest people I've ever met. Every time I order, it takes just a few minutes to get my food. Special shoutout to Randy, who is exceptionally helpful and friendly.

The restaurant is always clean, and the lighting makes it feel cozy and comfortable. It's clear that everyone sitting and eating there is enjoying themselves.

LEON's menu offers a great variety, including rice boxes, burgers, wraps, salads, sides, sauces, and drinks. Their food is super healthy, perfect for people who don't have much time to cook. They even provide detailed ingredient information, which is very organised. They also offer gluten-free and vegan options, making it an all-round excellent choice. However, adding more burger options would be a nice touch!

The prices are reasonable for London, especially considering the healthy and quality food they offer. I can't complain at all!

Having worked in this sector in the past I understand that perfection cannot be achieved each time, however, previously being a fan of Leon and enjoying the experience I have been very disappointed to receive multiple well below par meals in quick succession. Neither time has the food arrived hot nor has it felt that I have achieved any value for money.

On my most recent visit I found that the five fries I received to be barely defrosted and grossly under cooked, they resembled something similar to what you would expect the flavour and texture of cardboard to be rather than potato, leaving them in the sunshine would have led to hotter fries. The burger was below adequate, a small overcooked chicken thigh clinging to two bits of bread in a sea of rocket salad, this did not resemble the excessive price tag; I have eaten better tasting burgers that have fallen out of a microwave.

If you thought that was a bad experience, you clearly have not tried to digest a "Leon x Gizzi chicken salad box", did they try boiling rice on a radiator? Finishing the food felt like an achievement, I would guarantee more satisfaction from cutting open your bean bag and eating the contents, I would expect you to find it somewhat more edible and the "fresh" chicken was so dry that you would have to question what year they cooked it.

First visit to a Leon & unfortunately for me happened across a very abrupt young lady wearing a headscarf who was more focused on having a constant chat with her female colleague rather than serving me. She failed to tell me to pay because her conversation with her colleague was much more important and just left me standing at the till like a numpty, then I think the transaction timed out and she barked "You didn't pay!" at me which of course I would have done had I been told that & what to do 😳 I thought she was like this with everyone but saw her call another customer by her name and smile at them to collect their order, so it was clearly just me she decided she didn't like very much as she never even bothered to ask my name when I was ordering! Arrogant nasty piece of work but I guess she ticks boxes so will keep working there regardless.
