When Makkla first opened i was the very first to post feedback amd it was so good i took my te to let everyone know on google too, bear in mind ive had close to 120,000 views of my posts and pictures and am a local google guide, this would have been nothing but beneficial to Makkla.

Then take into account i may not have many orders showing via Uber, but between 4 family accounts we have ordered on average 12 times once every 3-4 weeis.

The last 3 orders have had items missing, poor quality and not cooked sufficiently which we highlighted in the following orders notes requesting them to take care and note, today unfortunately has just been a terrible experience where my daughter's mixed doner looked half eaten and tampered with 2 small strips of lamb and then my lamb doner totally undercooked i had to stop eating after a bite as sickly feel came over me not to mention the over greased naan.

You cant rimg them aa the shop dont have a phone and their mobile is never answered or switched off., My daughter was in a mood as a result of her food and continued to try ringing, so it leaves us no choice but to update my google review with today's feedback, i went as far to say best takeaway in Wembley , not anymore, your customer service gets a 0, customer support a 0 and quality a 1 out of 5 ..

Great experience at Makla through Uber Eats today, read on for an honest review from a 'Google Local Trusted Advisor'.

Makla currently being a recently opened new business!, I opted for the classic Mixed lamb and chicken doner which came with a full mix salad on the side along with a thin wrap style pitta and full portion chips and then garlic and chilli served separately as requested in the Uber eats notes (which I was told they won’t read !) all for £6 !

Makla has just been open for a few months so the hope is that they keep this impressive menu in place and not follow the likes of Kebabish, Taste Of Lahore and Lahori Zaika who all began this way, obtained their customer base, then started losing the salad getting lettuce and onions as standard, no included options like fries or even sauce, and just provided attitude !

Makla talk to your reviewers and customer base, they will all say keep the menu's as it is, then once loyal customer base has been established, only then increase the price where needed, we all would be happy to pay 50p to £1 extra across our total order to get the full meal we desire !

Well done Makla, please keep the momentum and...

If i could give this restaurant 0 stars i would.

I ordered hummus as a starter alongside two main meals. I ate a small amount of a meal and began to eat the hummus which came with a bread wrap, wrapped up inside one of the bread pieces was a piece of mucus with a dark short hair attached.

This was bought to the attention of the restauraunt who stated it was 'impossible' it came from the restauraunt as they have a 5 star hygiene rating, the individual was very blase and i found him to be rude, he proceeded to ask me in a patronising tone 'What do you expect me to do about it'. I advised that i could no longer stomach my food and that i require a refund, although he had asked me to explain, he then stated well you will have to call uber eats as there is nothing i can do'.

I made a complaint to uber eats and the restaurant decided they would only refund the hummus and nothing else. So within a few minutes I was given a full refund at first then charged again within minutes for the meal but without the hummus although i gave no authority for the restaurant to charge my card twice.

This is unacceptable and the customer service was poor. The experience was sickening and disgusting, I would never ever order food or step foot inside this food establishment again. I will continue to ensure I get a full refund for my order. Its no longer about the money but...

Absolutely awful food and service. They were cleaning using chemicals and didn’t even wash his hands when making my food and when I complained they started arguing and swearing at me saying I’m wrong in the head. They served me the food cold and put minimal chicken in my wraps - felt like a “get back” for complaining. Never ever want to come to this place again. Absolutely disgusting...
