I recently had breakfast at this restaurant.
I utilised the self-service machine to place my order, and I found it to be very user-friendly. However, I did experience an issue with the receipt printer, as it was not functioning properly. I informed one of the staff members in the dining area about the problem, but she reassured me that I didn't need to worry and that all I needed was the order number. Although I already knew this, I still desired a receipt. Additionally, unlike other McDonald's restaurants I have visited, this particular machine did not offer the option of having the order delivered to the table, which was a bit frustrating since I was accompanied by my 3-year-old son.
The quality of the food was not satisfactory. The egg in the double sausage and egg muffin appeared to have been kept in the heated cabinet for an extended period, as it lacked moisture and tenderness. Instead, it had a dry and slightly firm consistency. I was also disappointed to find that the pancake I ordered was only lukewarm, as the butter did not have an opportunity to properly melt.
All in all, this visit was underwhelming, and I sincerely hope that the food quality can be enhanced...

I was very frustrated when I called McDonalds South Street. The background is very noisy and we both can't understand each other. The other person named "Happy" doesn't sounds happy. I can hear her frustrations too in the other side. Why can't she move and find another place where is less quiet, she knows I am a complaining customer.
I ordered in Uber Eats, and they packed it with missing food and instead them calling the driver to pick up the rest, they told me to call uber eats and they will refund the money to me. I am insisting to them that I don't want my money, I want my child's food. I ordered in McDonalds for my child, and it ends up he doesn't have food to eat. The person is too busy to understand me, and she said she cannot do anything..
Another thing, they did not give me my receipt, it's usually attached to the bag. What kind of establishment is this not issuing a receipt.

Read moreOrdered here Double Big Mac with a bacon meal and paid an extra 20p for 2 ketchups. French fries were good but I noticed that Big Mac was cold. Moreover, there were just 2 beef patties instead of 4 (as I ordered a DOUBLE Big Mac). When I came to the cashier desk and explained the issue the worker was proving to me that it is a double Big Mac because it said so on the box. I told her to open the box as she didn't even look at what was inside. Eventually, she understood what I was talking about, and explained her colleague/manager the problem. After that, she told me that the burger will be replaced without even saying "sorry". By the way, the replaced Big Mac had half as much bacon as the original one.
Not happy with the double Big Mac at all: beef patties were absolutely tasteless with very little sauce, and a couple of bacon strips, as I mentioned before.
In addition to that they didn't include the ketchup that I paid for.
The only free table was near the trash with a lot of flies around.
