McDonald's — Restaurant in London

It has been ongoing for a long time, it has pestered the very well thought out of concept of McDonald's in various places however I do not accept it when it is at my doorstep. Got given entirely wrong twice and instead of owning mistake blue buttons and unmarked police officers left unaware of what is going on when all that did not go on was delivering burgers smiles and adherence to what has been ordered. Out of respect for these people they will be given the opportunity to adhere, bring smiles and maintain good service one more time or else the CEO of fulham will make sure they go east where this behaviour is accepted. Not in in West London.

It would also be appreciated if you could deliver what is ordered without pestering law enforcement. And if you may, there will be no talking at all with customers just NEXT, how it works in Norway, Sweden, South Kensington, Earls Court etc...

But that is luxury enjoyed by people actually having pride in doing their job.

If you would like to work somewhere else i would appreciate the honesty and help you on your way to a happy life...

The food was fine and no extreme wait. However the disable toilet was not accessible as the key was nowhere to be found. How lapse! Its nit good enough for an establishment t such as McDonald's to have such a shambolic manner in regards to the disabled. I was unable to mount the stairs, and just thanked my lucky stars that I was not bursting. The staff member did attempt to find the key, but to no avail this should not be the case, as the key should be in the care of the staff and not customers. I was told that someone (a customer) went with the key. Maybe they need to change the system. A code so no key required. That way a code is entered and the door locks upon exit. Code cane changed periodically for security, health and safety or whatever reason that is presented as an objection. Food was hot, tasty and aside from someone being heavy handed with the salt on fries, it all went...

I gave 1 star because of the brand not the service as I do like a good McD's. Waited ages for our order which they got wrong! Someone else returned their order which was also wrong. Clearly my breakfast muffin went in the other customers bag and I was right there when they returned it. They then didn't bother to prepare a fresh muffin for me they just popped the returned open muffin into my bag. Now you would think that with Covid around unwrapped food handled by the wrong customer & staff would end up in the bin! When I complained and showed the manager the condition of my food he denied it was the returned food but clearly it was and then proceeded to say "what can he do about it, you're wrong it's not the return". AWFUL SERVICE I'LL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN!! THE FOOD WAS COLD BY THE TIME WE GOT IT BECAUSE OF THE MIXUP AND BAD SERVICE!! My other major regret is that I didn't...
