I've been here several times, all the times the waiting time was about 15 to 20 minutes. I was always a bit confused if the concept wasn't fast food, but all the times I was fairly okay with waiting as there were a lot of deliveries and people already queueing. I am patient and I'm willing to wait if the food is nice.
However, on the 18th December, I went around 8pm. There was already a party of 3, which had ordered and I placed an order, thinking it wouldn't take as long as it wasn't busy at all. 10 minutes later, a big group of teenagers comes in. Then another 4 teenage girls came in and placed their order.
The problem is, everyone had ordered more or less the same things, so it made no sense to me, that one of these teenagers received his order within 7/8 minutes, whilst there were 2 orders before his. After 18 minutes I got my order, a milkshake and a portion of fries.
This party of 3 that had walked in way before me, was still waiting and started to complain as they had ordered milkshakes and were still waiting, for 22 minutes at least or even more.
I am unsure what's happening in the kitchen but organisation is needed, especially when you have this discrepancy with orders and timing. It wasn't even busy when we got there and for a few good minutes it was pretty calm, even with 3 deliveries coming in. I am really confused and it kind of discouraged me to carry on coming here, as I hate seeing this sort of things happening, when you cannot respect the sequence that the orders have been placed. This happens at Mcdonalds all the time, when someone is served before you, but within 2 minutes you have your order. So I don't think this mechanism works for Amigos. Therefore, I would consider training, replacing management or a considering smarter way to work, as this doesn't seem to be working as efficiently as it potentially could and it is driving you guys to lose some new potential clientele, but also customers like me that come here...
Read moreI visited with my friends a couple of weeks ago. We had such a great experience! When the burgers arrived, they were HUGE and so were the portions of fries! I ordered the Jacob burger which was definitely the juiciest burger I've ever had! It was perfectly assembled and I absolutely loved the combo of cream cheese, sweet chili and mayo. (Also I'm pretty sure this is the first burger I've ever had that didn't slip and slide all over the place as I ate it). I chose to have the peri fries and I love the amount they shook on top. It was the perfect spice level and not too salty.
One of my friends ordered the Buttermilk burger which came with a huge piece of chicken fried in the crispiest batter. The owner recommended this to my friend and she loved it! (She kept going on about how good it was for the remainder of the day!)
My other friend ordered the Mexican burger. She said it was really tasty but would've loved if there was garlic sauce in it. There was garlic sauce provided on the table so she did dip her burger into it!
The owner of the Fulham branch was the sweetest! He was extremely friendly and chatty which created such a welcoming environment! Definitely would visit again because of the great service, delicious Halal burgers and top...

Ordered Chicken burger (extra hot) meal Amigos burger meal Maltesers milkshake
First things first, you HAVE to get the peri peri fries! The seasoning is absolutely banging. Not too strong, but an amazing combo of spices that compliments the fries really well.
On to the burgers, my wife got the chicken burger and loved it. She loved the spiciness of the extra hot. Normally other restaurants that have extra hot flavours don't have the kick the extra hot from Amigos will give you!
I got the standard 6oz amigos burger and have to say its one of the best beef burgers I've had. The quality of the beef is top notch.
Maltesers milkshake was swapped out for Vimto but ended up getting both Vimto and shake anyway as the kind gentleman gave it to me on the house as the Vimto had already...
